Amazing Stay!

The home was very clean and equipped with everything you need to make you feel right at home! It is centrally located near restaurants and shopping centers. The host was very communicative.

Enjoyed our Stay

The inside the house was very clean and up to date. However, the location was not what I expected but again, that’s my own fault since I didn’t check the surroundings on Google Maps. It was very close to the convention center, which was nice.

BEST VRBO in the AREA

This home is amazing. Now every home I go into has to meet this level of expertise. It felt homey andit’s the perfect amount of space. I can tell there was an interior designer because the layout and features are TOP NOTCH‼️

Comfortable and Clean

We had a weekend stay at this property during the Best Rangers competition at the nearby base. The property was clean, comfortable, and just what we needed! It was a hassle-free reservation for sure. Our only initial hesitation was the look of the neighborhood - probably stemming from us checking in very late too - but the property has security and we had no issues at all. We also ran into the neighbor briefly who was very friendly too. Glad we booked and thank you for our stay!

Me. Smith did a great job with the property. There were numerous updated features. Kitchen appliances were super clean the house was spotless. He was a great host and responded quickly to any messages. Will definitely be booking again next time I’m in the area.

Close to Fort Moore

Easy to find, very clean and close to Fort Moore. We were in town for my son’s graduation at Fort Moore. It was perfect for us. I would only warn that the beds are quite high up. It was no issue for us but it could be for someone who needs a lower to ground bed. It’s well decorated and has a very private back yard. We loved it!

Unforgettable

Loved the location it was not that far from Fort Moore which was the reason of my visit to watch my significant others AIT graduation and to see him for the first time in 6 months. It was clean and so cute! I enjoyed the extra security features because being in a whole other state you never know what could happen. The host keeps the place well stocked with stuff you may have for gotten for example little toothpastes and individually wrapped toothbrushes. Overall loved the whole experience!

Lovely, newly renovated home close to Fort Benning

We rented this lovely little home for our stay for our daughter’s turning green ceremony. It was my husband, our daughter who is in a wheelchair, and myself and this home was perfect for our needs. Not only was it minutes away from base, but it was clean, had a cute backyard, nice decor and you can tell it has been newly renovated. It was also located near pretty much anything you’d need! The appliances were all new and the bed in the master bedroom was super comfy. We had other family in town for the ceremony and we used this home as our central location to gather, eat meals together and play games as a family! The house had smart tvs in the rooms, and check in was super easy. The owner was so responsive with any questions I had and so so easy to work with - thank you! The only drawback was there was a smell of smoke in the home as if someone smoked cigarettes before we arrived, and the shower dial was loose. We purchased air freshener so it was fine. The only other thing worth mentioning is the neighbors across the street had a party till late at night one night and played loud music (not the fault of the owner of this rental) and the neighborhood itself does have homes that haven’t been cared for as well as this one. For the location, price and amenities once inside this home, it was a great stay. Although the neighborhood in general could use some TLC, the neighbors were nice. Thank you for offering this home as an option for folks visiting their soldiers!

Pics are deceiving

Remodeled home with high end appliances. Back yard with tall fence was cozy in the back, thank god for the fence so we couldn’t see the neighbors. The house looks like pictured on listing except you don’t see the neighbors properties. I would have canceled and refused to pay if we would have had another option. Scary poverty stricken neighborhood where this house sticks out like a sore thumb. There is ADT security thank god but the control panel is stupidly placed in master bedroom. I was up all night due to the screen being more lit than a flashlight causing our purpose for stay to be dampened due to being dead tired. Owner never answered my text on here, instead came in person while we were having a small gathering. Owner is very nice and cordial but just bad timing. If this house could be picked up and moved I’d stay again if the terrible strong smell of cat urine was taken care of. We had to go buy room spray and more toilet paper. In my opinion not worth the price charged in total. Maybe 1/3 the per night charge would have been fair after fees. For this being my first VRBO experience I don’t know if I’ll do again after this unless I’m sure of neighborhood. And way less “fees” doubling the per night cost.
