This beautiful 2100 sq ft home, enjoys a luxurious Master Suite plus additional accommodations available, 2 Baths including 500 sq Spa Bath and dressing room, 3 fireplaces, kitchen, formal dining room, loggia, patio and courtyard.

Breathtaking executive home located on Hermosa's most prominent walk-street and one block South of Manhattan Beach. Steps to the sand, world class restaurants, local markets and shopping.

This magnificent getaway is the perfect romantic resort. Whether you're relaxing in the beautifully decorated living room in front of the fireplace or the sunny patio overlooking the quiet walk-street, having a meal in the formal dining room, you will be living the resort beach life style.

The large Master Suite opens up to a sunny Loggia with a cozy fireplace, perfect for relaxing with coffee in the morning or a glass of wine after an in-home massage (available upon request).

Enjoy the 500 sq ft luxurious dressing room and Spa Bathroom which includes 2 vanities, large steam room and oversized soaking tub. The adjacent loggia has a beautiful fireplace and spacious sitting area that can be transformed into an additional sleeping area. Both bath and shower are curated with luscious spa products for your added pleasure.

The fully equipped kitchen opens up to a private courtyard with outside fireplace and BBQ. Extra amenities include bikes and private parking. Additional amenities available upon request.

This home is perfect for an extended getaway by the beach.

Simply wonderful!

We absolutely adored this lovely home. So comfy and inviting, and the openness from the living room out on to the Walkstreet deck was just perfect! The kitchen is beautifully restored with a wonderful back patio and brick fireplace, and the master bedroom and bath are to DIE for! Such a quick walk to the fabulous beach (less than 5 minutes) as well as the corner grocery store which is also just at the end of the block. Because of the location being exactly in between Hermosa Pier and Manhattan Beach Pier, we could choose which town to walk into each day for lunch, dinner or shopping. So ideal. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, and Dianne and Cachita made the process effortless. A++!!

Beautiful home on quiet walkstreet

I am a frequent Hermosa VRBO'er. We stayed at this wonderful home in June 2016 for four nights. The home is as-described and there were no surprises. It is clearly well cared for and made for an excellent stay. The home is one bedroom, but far larger than most other one bedroom options in the area. The kitchen is well equipped and had everything we needed. The living room was very comfortable and opened up to the nice deck on the walkstreet. The upstairs is incredibly roomy, with another seating area by a fireplace and an office. The bedroom is large and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is the largest we've had in Hermosa, with a big shower and a separate bathtub. This was a great stay and highly recommend it.

ON POINT!

I intend to rent from Dianne time and time again! Both Dianne and her home are on point down to the smallest of details. I have already recommended her home to several friends and family, and I haven't even been home a week.

The close proximity to both Manhattan and Hermosa Beach downtown areas allow me to enjoy both beach communities equally. As the owner of a local day spa, my attention to detail and the luxuries of life transfer to the exceptional qualities of this home. Located just a few blocks from the beach I am sure you will enjoy your stay.
