The Space:

Your truly unique and memorable experience begins the moment you book a stay at A Thousand Stars Ranch!



This property offers guests a luxurious and spacious retreat with four bedrooms, three baths making it perfect for families or groups of friends. The master bedroom features a deluxe king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a beautiful deep tub and a shower combo for a spa-like experience. Guests can relax and unwind in the comfort of their own room.

The second and third bedrooms are spacious and both feature comfortable queen-sized beds with tasteful and cozy bedding, providing guests with a comfortable and restful night's sleep. The fourth bedroom is perfect for children or teenagers, with a twin over twin bunk bed as well as a twin over full bunk bed, providing ample space for kids to gather and have fun.



The beautiful and modern fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, including a large sink, gas stove with four burners plus a flattop, and huge countertops, perfect for preparing large meals for the whole family or group. The wrap-around bar seating is ideal for entertaining and adds a touch of elegance to the space. The kitchen flows into the open concept living room, where guests can relax and enjoy the amazing view through the two walls of floor-to-ceiling windows.



Outside, guests can enjoy the relaxing outdoor space with ample seating on the large dining table or comfy couch, perfect for enjoying meals with a view. The outdoor cooking space is equipped with a grill for barbecuing, adding to the overall outdoor dining experience. Guests can also relax and soak in the gorgeous infinity pool and hot tub, taking in the amazing sunsets or gazing upon the stars.

Guest Access:

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.



To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

2. Not all homes have cable; consider setting up a streaming account in advance.

3. Our team is committed to assisting you, though occasional check-in delays may occur during peak periods.

4. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. No refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures, or discontinued or interrupted services that occur during your stay.

5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.

6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.

7. Start-up sundries provided for the first two days; report missing items within one hour of arrival.

8. Pet-friendly units welcome pets with an additional fee; ensure pets are well-behaved and respectful.

9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place, but some insects are inevitable.

10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at your vacation rental. Check the amenities to see if this rental is equipped with a fire pit.

11. Please observe Fredericksburg’s Quiet Hours (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.)

12. The City of Fredericksburg is an international Dark Sky Community. To protect the dark skies, please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use.

13. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.

14. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.
