Slab granite, stainless steel, and Hi-Def LCD TVs, and a cozy gas woodstove make this the perfect getaway. There is also a great deck off the back with a smoker, electric BBQ. The complex is conveniently located just minutes from the Hyatt, skiing, shopping, and dining. NON-SMOKING, NO PETS. Accommodates 4 people max.

Please note: This property offers no beach access in Incline Village at this time. There is no Air Conditioning at the property. (Most properties in Incline do not have AC.)

Nice condo

Good layout. Nice kitchen, well-equipped. The listing kinda made it seem like there were minimal supplies like soap, but it was OK, and the Raleys is really close. The trick with the washer (or was it the dryer?) is to make sure the top of the door is closed all the way. Just push on the top of the door until it clicks and the light comes on. Basically, the hinge is damaged, so it doesn't line up right on it's own. Other than that it works great. Be careful with the fireplace and young children, but that's most places in Tahoe. Rooms were nice, with hangers in the closets, drawers, etc. Modern flat screen TVs in rooms worked great. 50Amp outlet worked great. I brought an Anker adapter from Amazon for the car which worked perfectly on the outlet. Super convenient overnight charging! Property manager are super nice and keep you very informed, mainly via detailed email. It would be nice to have the keys in a lock box, and just lock them in the condo when we leave. Would definitely stay here again.
