It was a nice stay

We stayed for 3 nights, the location of the house is excellent. Super convenient to the beach and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. We did not use the facilities such as pool or hot tub. The laundry on site is not able to use because there was no laundry detergent. The manager told us laundry detergent is not provided, we need to get our own. It is a little bit too hot upstairs if you are staying during summer. no A/C. Other than that, everything else is great! Enjoy Tahoe!

Good choice.

All very good. Only disappointment was smaller value beach pass. Understand the rules changed after we signed up for the unit.

Beautiful house and location but had check-in service experience

Beautiful house and location but had check-in service experience. I arrived at the place by 6 PM for check-in and had no email yet from property management regarding checkin code. I have called property management guys and waited for more then a hour with my KIDs in the car and finally at7:30 around I was able to enter the home. When I checked with them after right after my vacation property management didn't take any accountability and on top of that they are blaming me for not making sure that email was received from them before starting to vacation. I never had heard such answer from hosts before. For the home and cleanliness I will give 5 star for the property.

We liked this condo. It was decorated really cute fairly modern. We had 5 adults and a 2 1/2 year old. They had toys n games for all ages, the games were a lil worn but they were great choices. It had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Only one bedroom had a TV I would suggest the master bedroom get one as well. The master bathroom was shower and was a little on the small side. Was very clean though. The bedroom with the bunk bed was very roomy and decorated cute. The second bedroom had a queen bed which was very comfy and also decorated cute! The master was down stairs which we liked. The fireplace was gas and didn’t give off too much heat, however they have a heater which worked very well! The neighborhood was quiet and clean. Rally’s n 7-11 were very close. The beach was super close. The sunsets were stunning. Our host Sue was extremely helpful and very accommodating! We appreciate all her kindness and would stay there again

Girls Trip

This property was perfect! Clean- smelled good when walking into the house. It was close to everything. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for making this trip so easy. The lock box outside the front door with the house keys was perfect.

Lovely Mountain Condo

I booked this property for my husband & myself, along w a friend & her family so we could attend a wedding in Incline Village. The property was a great layout & fit for our party of 6. The property where this condo is located is beautiful and nicely located. My friend & I felt the beds were a bit too hard. There were only 2 fans for the upstairs bedrooms (no A/C), it would have been great to have an additional fan for the master bedroom downstairs. I was also bummed out at the number of towels we were given. One bath and one hand towel per guest. I am one to reuse my towels, but would have liked a few more for hair drying and for frequent hand drying. My biggest complaint was the check in process. A few weeks before arrival, I was instructed to download an app that the property uses & was told I would receive all my communication thru the app. We arrived at 1am, followed the app’s directions for check in & ended up having to have the manager of our property called in the middle of the night to assist us. Sue was kind & told me she sent me an email that morning with check in instructions. After searching my inbox, I found the email Sue sent & we proceeded to check in successfully (after wrestling with the lock box for the keys). I’m confused as to why I needed to download an app that didn’t contain any instructions for our stay, nor any check in/check out information.

Nice updated property that is very well kept. The only negative is that the beds need a little TLC with some updated mattresses or toppers of some sort.

Great property for families

Property was clean, close to shopping, a free snow park, and great restaurants. The condo had a great layout for our family (with master bedroom downstairs) since my in-laws were with us. We will definitely rent here again the next time we stay in Incline Village.

The location of the property it’s really convenient nice and quiet. It is very close to the beach and it’s good for kayaking. The property is very clean with three rooms very comfortable beds provided towels and amenities.Kitchen is very clean and has a lot of do you know where pots and pans to use. Highly recommended this property

Please reflect changes in IVGID

Name of the property says "walk to beach, pool, hot tub." Access to IVGID beaches is severely limited, and Condo pool and hot tub are not open to renters. You need to change the title of the property to be accurate. Interior of condo is great with one exception - the master bath shower is incredibly small - smaller than any cruise ship I have ever been on.

Charming place that has everything you need

Hello, We had a wonderful stay with our two boys. Everything is new and well appointed. We loved having the kids upstairs and enjoying the quiet master downstairs and so did they! The location was great for lake access and Diamond Peak skiing. The management was quick to respond to any question. You'll love this rental. Best, Shelley
