Beautiful beachfront apartment in Ixtapa Zihuatanejo

The Apartment is equipped with 3 bedrooms, each one with a bathroom and an extra half bathroom for visitors, a kitchen (that has all you may need), dining room, living room (air conditioner if desired). There are ceiling fans all over, if you prefer them instead. There is a wide and long terrace overlooking the palm tree tops, the lawns, gardens, swimming pool, the islands, the horizon (including night sunsets), and of course, the incredible wide sandy beach and the ocean. The terrace furnishings are perfect, and comfortable. The washer/dryer is very comfortable to have. The apartment is very beautiful and cosy, in excellent condition.The condominium has 24 hours private surveillance and 7 days a week maintenance personnel.
Transportation is abundant. So many taxi's, and great bus service, all cheap.The distance from the airport to the apartment is more or less 30 minutes. Taxis are available any time for transportation, as well as rental cars of known companies.
On the common areas of the condominium there is a restaurant, where breakfast is served, as well as lunch and drinks at reasonable prices. There are facilities to sit around the pool or at the beach, where ever your desire. There is also a tennis court.
Within 3 minutes walking distance, one can reach the "Marina", where one can enjoy good restaurants, shops and rentals for water amenities. "La Europea" at the same area, is a very nice place to buy liquor or wines, also for gourmet food. But there are also very nice places in Zihuatanejo to eat or buy food. On the same area around the "Marina" in Ixtapa there is a golf course.
In the condo there is Wifi, a television and a CD player. The administration will be always there to help you. They are very friendly, honest and fast working.
