Experience the best of South Kihei from this beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo at Haleakala Shores. The condo is perfectly located just a short walk from some of Maui’s most popular beaches, restaurants, cafés, and shops.

Spend your days snorkeling, relaxing on the beach, or exploring Maui, then come home to enjoy sunset views from the private lanai overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Haleakala Mountain. With its bright open layout, vaulted ceilings, and large windows throughout, the condo feels spacious, relaxing, and filled with natural light.

Recently renovated in 2022/2023, the condo features modern coastal furnishings, updated bathrooms with walk-in showers, a fully upgraded kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, and comfortable spaces designed for couples, families, and small groups.

The living room includes a large 70” TV, fast WiFi, split AC, and comfortable seating for relaxing after a day on the island. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals at home, and the private lanai is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening sunset.

Both bedrooms are designed for comfort and privacy:

Katarina was very responsive; the apartment was beautifully renovated and kept in excellent condition. The amenities were perfect for our week-long stay. The proximity (across the street) to the beautiful, not-too-crowded beach was fantastic. Would love to visit again!

Marvellous Maui

The accommodations were modern and spacious, which a great outdoor seating area. Centrally located to Kam 3 beach and walking distance to many shops and restaurants on South Kihei Road. The pool and outdoor eating area was great.

Great Family Friendly Place to Stay

Our family of 3 generations enjoyed staying in this clean and comfortable condo for our week on Maui. The condo has all the amenities- for cooking some meals, enjoying an evening watching a movie on the big screen TV or sitting on the balcony and taking in the beautiful scenery. So nice the condo was across the street from Kamaole Beach Park 3! We loved going to the beach to snorkel or down to watch a sunset.

A cozy and relaxing condo

We had a beautiful stay in this condo, she had everything we needed inside the unit, 2 large rooms with bathrooms and privacy, beautiful view from the veranda and a gorgeous kitchen. We could’ve asked for anything more. We are definitely booking this again next year. The host was super kind and sweet. Also the condo is so clean!!!!!!

Roof construction

The condo was excellent - very modern and clean. Unfortunately they were working on the roof the whole trip - made it uncomfortable to be on the patio during the day.

I am very happy to hear that you enjoyed our unit and appreciated the detailed renovation work that we put into making the unit modern, beachy and just beautiful for all of our guests. I am also so very sorry about the roofing project that ended up falling on the dates during your stay. As I had notified you a little bit ahead of your arrival, the project was postponed and the dates changed so many times for the last 2 years. In 2023, we finally thought that the firm days were confirmed for the month of April, but then, unfortunately, those changed again a few more times. Thankfully our whole building is now going to be completed this week. I was hoping that the discount, I have given you at the time of your booking could have helped out, at least a little bit, to compensate you for this inconvenience. I, very much appreciate you as our guests and hope we can host you in a future and hopefully make your trip only memorable in a positive way....All the best you and your guests...Katarina

Across the street from beach with beautiful sunsets.

The host was very nice, communicative before, during and post booking. The unit was freshly remodeled and all pictures are accurate. A bonus was air conditioning and not only ceiling fans. It comfortably fit 4 people with 2 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. We ate on the lanai daily. The spot is ideal if you like walking across the street to immediate beach, park, ice cream, cinnamon rolls, and even some dining. Highly suggest for a true Kihei adventure. Would love to return.

Exactly what we needed

We didn’t book until a couple months before our trip and it was hard to find a place that had everything we were looking for in Kihei - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lanai with bedroom access, designated covered parking, walking distance to beach suitable for beginner swimmers, air conditioning, washer/dryer in unit - I was picky! This place exceeded our expectations and more! We had two adults and two girls age 10 and plenty of space for us, our luggage, and our groceries. Came stocked with a drink cooler but you will have to rent beach chairs/umbrella. Kitchen was well stocked but we didn’t do any cooking. Appliances all seemed new and worked great. The living room is spacious but we mostly hung out on the lanai. Can’t say enough good things about it - the location was perfect for Kam 3 access and a short walk to Fred’s, Coconut’s, even the ABC store. We highly recommend this place!

I’m so sorry to hear that you were renting the beach chairs, umbrella, etc. There is a little storage right next to the front door, to the left, where we store all the beach equipment… beach, chairs, snorkel gear, beach umbrella, etc. Huge apology that I didn’t communicate this information to you better.

Great Vacation Condo

Our family of 4 spanning 3 generations, enjoyed our week in this newly remodeled 2bedroom 2 bath condo. The owner’s remodel was tastefully and thoughtfully done using quality materials. The condo was comfortable, clean, and had all the amenities you could want for a relaxing Hawaiian holiday. The beds (and I’m picky) were very comfortable and each bedroom was good sized. The balcony (my favorite place) had very comfortable furniture and views of the beautiful hillside/mountains as well as the ocean. The kitchen had all new ( and name brand) appliances- the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots & pans etc for times when you want to eat in. New large screen TV , although we had some difficulty accessing channels/movies. Many beach items were in the closet outside the front door, although I was unaware of this and initially rented beach chairs. The location of the condo is perfect for families that want an easily assessable beach and park. The owners responded to a request I had for my granddaughter and were very gracious. They responded quickly to all email questions. We all really liked and enjoyed our stay in this condo and hope that we can return again!

My husband, Jim, and I have been blessed to call Maui home for more than 30 years, and both of our daughters were born and raised here. Since 2017, we’ve enjoyed hosting vacation rental guests and sharing everything we love about South Kihei and the Maui lifestyle.

As a family, we love staying active and spending time outdoors. You’ll often find us swimming, surfing, playing tennis or pickleball, golfing, and enjoying Maui’s beautiful beaches and ocean. Living here allows us to fully enjoy the island lifestyle year-round, and we truly love sharing that experience with our guests.
