Back inside is a large King bedroom suite with a full private en-suite bathroom. Across the hall is a guest bedroom with 3 twin beds and a 2nd full bath in the hall. The beautifully-decorated living space has an open kitchen, living and dining room combo with views of the water from almost every window. The dining room table seats 6 and the living room sofa opens up to a Queen bed.

The rooftop terrace and pool offer sweeping views of Annapolis, The Naval Academy, and Spa Creek. This is one of the best places in Eastport to watch the Blue Angels, the fireworks on July 4th and New Years Eve! Walk down to the pier where you can pick up a water taxi. There is an off-street parking lot for guests and no permits are required for additional cars to park on the street.

House Rules
Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age. No smoking/no pets. Be respectful of the house and contents. Please respect the neighbors and neighborhood. No parties. Quiet neighborhood hours are 10pm-8am!
