ステンレス製の電気器具、花崗岩のカウンタートップ、堅木張りの床、大理石の床、ガスグリル。 シーツ、毛布、ボディウォッシュ、調味料、さらに2つの路上駐車スペースがあります。
2020年および2021年の試運転週に予約。

Lovely waterfront home

We made this our home base while attending a family reunion locally. Easy to walk everywhere we needed to go. Beautiful view of the harbor out main rooms and MBR. Everything we needed for our stay was in the home, all in great condition. Will return whenever the opportunity arises!

Location fabulous!

Excellent communication with host. Easy checkin. Views of water and dock/ boats was lovely and the reason we rented, in addition to walking proximity to USNA. Just for information, host(s) keep personal effects on site in clothes/ bureaus specifically marked. Would reserve again.

5 days- very quiet marina. Within distance of many restaurants and points of interest. Property was clean and attractive.

Our first trip to Annapolis was a rousing success. Our VRBO in Eastport was the perfect location from which to explore the downtown area. We were able to walk to dinner both evenings and since the Annapolis 10 mile race was being run while we were there, we were able to walk to Main street and watch the runners as they came through. Great location and accomodations.

Short Walk To DTA with Beautiful View

We were in town to visit with our mid for the Herndon Climb. This property was convenient to everything with a great view of the water. The hosts checked on us before arrival and then again after check-in to make sure we had everything we needed. Property was clean, beautifully decorated, and furnished and well stocked. There were plenty of seating areas for visiting with family. Host communication and recommendations were great. I would stay again and would recommend this property to anyone visiting with their midshipman.

Wedding destination

Very nice and classic location. Close to ( walking distance) Everything we needed. Rehearsal dinner was at Black Wall Hitch on the rooftop deck. Very memorable. Easy walking to all of our guests with VRBO rentals in Eastport. Will come back again.

Mini Getaway

This home was better than advertised. The host was very responsive and friendly. The house was clean, charming and decorated beautifully with whimsical art work and touches. Great kitchen, beautiful view, lovely garden and even dog friendly. Close to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Great Location and View

Pleasantly surprised to find a third bedroom on the ground floor...it was convenient for one couple not to have to climb the stairs. We Ubered everywhere and only had to wait a minute or two for one to show up. You can walk out on the piers and enjoy the boats tied up in front of the unit.

Tired and worn

The 3rd bed in this property was so awful that we had to get a hotel room for one of our guests. The other 2 beds weren’t much better and the pillows were terrible. The furniture was worn and scarred. The host touted their “toiletries” which consisted of an off brand 3-in-1 cleanser of some sort.

Great location for walking to downtown Annapolis and Eastport

We stayed at the house while attending a family reunion, with activities in both downtown Annapolis and in Eastport. This place was centrally located so we were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go (just about mile to the downtown area and to the other side of Eastport). We also enjoyed the view of the creek and the grounds of St. Mary's. We sat outside on the lovely porch for a short time, although it was a bit hot to stay out there for long. On a cooler day, that would have been lovely. We especially enjoyed the master bedroom/bathroom (which seems to have been recently updated). The only caveat I would have is that there are a lot of stairs -- that was okay for us, but if someone has mobility issues, it would be tough. There is a first floor bed and full bath, but the kitchen is on the second floor. The other two bedrooms are on the third floor. The pool in the adjacent building also has a lot of stairs to reach it (on the rooftop). If stairs are no issue, it is a great place to stay!

What a View! Perfect, quintessential Annapolis spot

This Annapolis townhome was the perfect spot for our family’s stay there. There were 8 of us total, after my sweet in-laws were able to come along on our DC area vacation, and I was worried there wasn’t going to be enough room for my teens since they like to spread out. It ended up being just right. Everyone still had their own space, thanks to the 3-story layout and the sofa bed. And that amazing view of the boats and water was quintessential Annapolis, which made my heart happy. We could walk out onto the docks in the morning and enjoy our coffee there or on the outside patio. Oh, and the restaurants and main part of Annapolis were all within a very easy walking distance, and the two free parking spots in the lot behind the townhome were sooo nice, especially when I saw so many other VRBOs with only street parking. It was easy and perfect. Pictures look amazing but still do not do this place justice. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

What a lovely view!

We came for a weekend with family and the townhouse is charming with amazing views right on Spa Creek. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen fully stocked. It is close to the main historic/shopping district (either a very short car ride or a 15 minute walk over a drawbridge which also had a great view). Designated parking was a bonus and we loved the bakery that was just a few blocks away for quiche and scones. Would stay again!

Perfect location!

We were in town for a reunion at USNA. The Eastport location of this property was perfect. We were able to walk to almost every function, including the stadium for the football game. It is safe, quiet, clean. Beds are comfortable and kitchen and bathroom had all amenities needed. Communication with the owners was clear and they are easy to contact. Thank you for a wonderful visit and for all the good memories made while staying in your beautiful home!

Great location, great views and owner very responsive. A few not fresh towels and a few drawers with owners items. Steps (3 floors) a Problem for us( over 65 and challenged knees). But shouldn’t be for most people seeking a townhouse ( we should have known). 4 stars
