Spacious Downtown home with lots of amenities!!
Over 3,100 sq ft of living space and situated on a half-acre lot with a sprawling fenced back yard, lots of room for volleyball and kids to play. This charming home in downtown Port Dover is close to EVERTHING.
Watch the parade and Friday the 13th events from your front lawn. Walk two blocks to the central business district, including the theatre, shops, restaurants, and beach.
Play games and enjoy the gas barbeque and fire pit in the huge, fenced backyard.
Arena, soft track, soccer field, outdoor ball-hockey rink, tennis courts, basketball courts with playpark and skateboard park just one block away, an additional play park just 1/2 block away.. A third playpark, soccer field and walking trails 3 short blocks away.
Plenty of indoor space to keep everyone entertained during inclement weather, including a ping-pong table, games, puzzles and a table top Ms. Pac Man console with over 60 games.
Port Dover is a very safe town, with virtually no crime. Even so, we do protect the exterior of the house with active and recording video surveillance and we do have secure garage storage available for your larger items (motorcycles, antique cars, surfboards, jet skis, etc.) upon request, at no additional charge.

This house is centrally located on the main street of town, and is close to EVERYTHING. Walk to the beach, restaurant, theatre and shops. Children's play park 1/2 a block away, and the arena, outdoor basketball courts, soft track, tennis courts, skateboard park, arena, library, café and outdoor ball-hockey rink just one block away.
With over 3,100 sq. ft of space, including a large recreation room on the lower level, and a huge, fenced backyard on the 1/2 acre property, there is plenty of space for family members of all ages, even if the weather is inclement and you had to be indoors..
Beach towels, linens, towels, facecloths and basic soap included.......you need to bring your shampoo and your clothes.
With over 3,100 sq. ft of space, including a large recreation room on the lower level, and a huge, fenced backyard on the 1/2 acre property, there is plenty of space for family members of all ages, even if the weather is inclement and you had to be indoors..
