Great Stay

Clean, just as presented online, excellent communication!! Owner went above and beyond when we needed a card table, and had one delivered even though she was out of town. Recommend!

This place was fine. The listing was accurate. It was mostly clean except in places like under the couch which was covered in dust and where we found a water bottle from a previous person. The futon/couch was not comfortable but the bed was comfortable. There was not any soap provided (which I know sometimes isn’t included at VRBOs and sometimes is included - this one had none of those types of products except the roll of toilet paper currently on the holder). It was a still a decent value for the price but just be sure you know you are getting just the basics.

We provide body wash, shampoo and conditioner dictionary and have extra toilet paper and those supplies under the sink. I am sorry you didnt see those. Thank you for the feedback of under the couch, that was addressed with the cleaners and remedied.

Perfect Location

We had a great stay for a long weekend. We had an event to attend at the convention center. This place was perfect location to take less than 5 min walk up to convention center. King size bed was so comfy. We will definitely stay agian when we come to town.

Perfect & Peaceful

Happy to have found this little place so close to my daughter, who attends BYU! it was perfect to cook breakfast, enjoy the streaming smart tv, great frig, dishwasher, upstairs bathroom with stocked tub (shampoo/cond/ body wash), plenty of towels, extra blankets, cold ac & washer & dryer! Place was clean and will stay here again!

Great Stay, no issues

The whole process from booking to checking out was seamless. The host was quick to respond. The apartment was clean, quiet, and well put together. The location was fantastic for all of our needs, with several restaurants nearby and shopping close, too.

Perfect for a quick college visit

My husband and daughter stayed here for move-in week. So nice to have a space to prepare items and get a good night's rest after a long road trip. Property was as pictured, very nice, clean, and decent location. Charisse was so kind to adjust our booking when travel plans changed, including refunding one night. Communication was great. We would definitely stay again for a future college visit!

Great stay

Only “bad things” I can say is the day of I messaged the owners to ask a question and they didn’t get back to me over half of the day and the listing says 3 king beds and there is only one. Otherwise the stay and place was great. Amazing location for what we were needing. Can walk to a ton if you want. We felt safe. Only parking for one car. Unfortunately it is an apartment so you can hear the people above you a lot. Very very clean. Very happy with our stay

Parking was good. There was a designated spot. Safety lock combination for entry was great. Location was excellent for our needs. A bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the kitchen cupboards. There was a dirty dish inside that had popcorn kernels in it. Surprised not to see a blender.

Thank you for your feedback. We have never rated this low for this unit ever, and we are very disappointed to see you gave us a 6 for not having a blender and for a dirty dish. We take cleaning very serious and I will remind my cleaners to double check the cabinets. We aleays ask to let us know if anything is missing or out of place a d would have remedied it had we known you had a concern. We are happy to see you liked everything else.
