This condo is located in the quiet and safe neighborhood of Fountain City, a neighborhood in Knoxville and just 6 miles north of downtown and 14 minutes to UT Medical Center, 14 minutes to Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center and 20 minutes to Parkwest Medical Center.

Condo is very spacious with a patio that has chairs surrounded by trees. Appliances along with all furniture and bedding are new.
