Welcome to Wayward Pack rentals 🐾 Come enjoy this cozy, modern home designed for short or extended stays.
Located in Mechanicsville, just minutes 5 from downtown! This is a true city neighborhood, so you can expect the normal sights and sounds of an urban area, along with a mix of older homes and ongoing renovations. If being close to the city is your priority, you’ll love the location.

Quiet, clean, and thoughtfully furnished so you (and your best companion 🐶) can settle in and stay awhile.
2 spacious bedrooms equipped with queen beds and a smart tv in the main. Enjoy the coziness of the living room with plenty of seating and a bed for your furry friend, too! The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the cooking essentials, including an air fryer, kerig coffee maker, electric tea kettle and more. The bathroom is a full bath located just next to a washer and dryer stocked with all of your laundry needs.
The property features a fully fenced yard for guests traveling with pets.

Nice little old house. Inside is well decorated and reasonably comfortable. Neighborhood is a little scary. The large dogs next door barked through the first night but were okay after that. Only had to contact the host to locate the hidden remotes. I was surprised by the added host and cleaning fees.

Thank you for your stay and for your feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed the home and décor. For future guests, the home is located in an established neighborhood close to downtown, which can feel different from more suburban areas, though we have not had guests experience safety issues during their stays. Information such as TV remote locations is provided in the house guide through the app and direct message, and all rates and fees are displayed during the booking process before a reservation is confirmed. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us!

This home is welcoming with its thoughtful design. We appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout, including snacks, coffee, and tea!! Upon entering the neighborhood we had concerns due to some of the houses being run down. But, we settled into this lovely rental quickly and felt safe. It is fenced in with a spacious front yard and backyard. While we did not bring pets, it is clearly a pet-friendly place! The only aspect that needs correction in the description of the place is that it has one bathroom (instead of two).

Very clean, cute property. Agree with another review about the area, but we didn’t have any issues. Close to UT, which was convenient. Kelsi is super responsive and accommodating.
