Located in the famed Escena Palm Springs, our luxuriously furnished, sleek and modern 2-bedroom home is an open and airy space that brings you the best of desert living. Our open-concept property is a relaxing space featuring brand new furniture, tons of room to enjoy & relax in. The secluded backyard is complete with heated saltwater pool & spa, fire pit, and chaise lounges overlooking the mountains.

The home has been impeccably decorated with modern furnishings & fixtures, along with brand new appliances and many features that make your stay comfortable and convenient. The bright and airy living room has a vaulted ceiling with soaring windows, allowing for tons of natural light. It features a large flat screen SmartTV, along with plenty of comfortable seating for your group to relax and unwind in.

The living room opens to the spacious dining area, with seating for 6. The kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, bar seating, and plenty of countertop space for you to create that perfect meal. The entire living and dining room area has windows and glass doors opening out to the backyard, which features a sleek pool with multi-colored lighting. It's the perfect way to unwind under the serene desert sky.

Our two bedrooms are inviting and equipped with comfy, high-end mattresses for you to enjoy. The beds are outfitted with soft, premium sheets, to give you that perfect night’s sleep. The primary bedroom contains a plush King-size bed, a gorgeous en-suite bathroom with shower and large soaking tub, and sliding glass doors leading directly to the backyard.

The secondary bedroom features a Queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with large glass-enclosed shower, and a large flat screen SmartTV. The den can either be used as an entertainment space, or as an additional place to sleep, with a comfy Queen-size pullout sofa, along with a flat screen SmartTV.

The desert-inspired aesthetic of our landscaped outdoor area really steals the show, offering privacy and stunning views of the mountains in either direction. Several comfy chaise lounges & chairs allow you to relax and re-energize under the stars. The backyard also features a BBQ grill, perfect for that outdoor meal overlooking the sunset over the mountains.

Additional amenities that you’ll enjoy are complimentary ultra fast WiFi, filtered water throughout the entire house, SmartTVs, a washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, garage parking with EV charger, and complimentary toiletries in every bathroom.

As a guest, you'll have access to the Escena Golf Club. Ranked as the #6 public course in California by PGATOUR .com, this Nicklaus Design golf course is noted for its unobstructed sight-lines, generous driving corridors and the overall strength of its design (book directly with the golf club). There's also an onsite restaurant, the Escena Lounge & Grill, open for breakfast, lunch & dinner, with amazing views and a great happy hour!

Our property is professionally managed by a full service vacation rental agency, so your trip will be worry-free from beginning to end. We will take care of everything from hosted check-in to departure, and will be available for anything you need along the way. We are also available to handle any special or a-la-carte requests, including pre-arrival grocery shopping and arrangement of transportation and/or tours.
CITY OF PALM SPRINGS REGULATIONS & RENTAL RULES
(we don't make the rules, but we do follow them!)

**No parties or large social gatherings of any kind are permitted at this location!**
Neighbors have been notified that this property is a vacation rental and are encouraged to call a hotline to dispatch authorities to investigate any disturbances. If the city issues a violation, guest will be responsible for payment of any fine(s) and may be evicted with no refund.

- Minimum age for primary renting guest is 25.
- Daytime occupancy is 10 people.
- Overnight occupancy is 6 people.
- Maximum of 3 vehicles allowed.
- The City imposes a strict noise ordinance for vacation rentals. No music is allowed outside at any time, including music coming from inside that can be heard at the property line, and no noise at all is allowed outside after 10pm.
- Primary guest will be required to show photo ID at checkin.
- Enjoy the outdoors of the property, but please keep children from trampling our beautiful landscaping.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
- Check-in time is 4PM, and check-out is promptly by 11AM.
- Our onsite greeter will meet you at the home and give you a tour.
- Late check-outs without prior approval will incur a $250 fee, as we need time to get the house ready for the next guest.

PETS
Pets are not allowed at this property. Any sign of pets on the property will incur an additional $500 fee and will be cause for eviction.

NO SMOKING
- We have a no smoking policy. Any signs of smoking in the house will incur an additional $250 fee.

POOL HEATING
- Optional pool heating is recommended from October to April. The additional fee is $1,500 per month. The pool heat must be turned on for the duration of your stay.
- Spa heat is included in your rental.

SUMMER AIR CONDITIONING
We recommend never setting the AC below 72°, as any lower could cause the system to freeze over and stop working.

CLEANING
Final cleaning after your checkout is included in your reservation quote. For stays longer than 6 weeks, guest will be responsible for the cost of a mid-stay clean every 30 days. Funds for mid-stay cleanings will be collected from guest as they occur.

INSURANCE FEE for Vrbo & Direct Bookings (does not apply to Airbnb bookings)
Guest is responsible for the service fee below, depending on length of stay:
● $99: 1-29 nights
● $450: 30-59 nights
● $150: each additional 30-night block
