All 3 Bedrooms are suites with bathrooms and large walk in closets in each room. Bedroom Configuration - Master: California King. Guest 1: Queen. Guest 2: Queen in a separate Casita for more privacy. Rooms have desks for your office space and working from home set up. Solar Panels Included so you save on utility fees!

Guest will have access to the entire villa/home with private pool, spa, and fire pit. The villa has service maintenance personnel for the pool and gardening that tends to the premises from time to time. The pool is serviced twice a week (usually Monday and Thursdays) while the garden is serviced twice a month. This is to ensure the villa is well kept and clean.

Guests are responsible for their own utilities. However, property is equipped with Solar Panels. This is huge in utility savings, especially during the warmer months! Guests will see savings of ~$200 or more in utilities!!! We will cover water & trash.
