Casa Buena Vida sits in the heart of North Guiones, just a 5–7 minute walk to Playa Guiones and its world-famous surf. Private trails connect guests to both Guiones and Pelada beaches, so a car isn’t required unless exploring farther afield. Once booked, our team will assist with airport transfers, activity planning, yoga sessions, massages, and private chef recommendations to ensure a seamless stay.

THINGS TO NOTE

The upper master suite and second casita level are accessed by covered exterior spiral staircases.



Some noise from nearby restaurants or live music may be heard until 10 p.m.



LISTING FOR SALE

This property is for sale and scheduled real estate visits may occur during your stay. All visits will be coordinated 24 hours in advance with guests.



LOCAL QUIRKS | WHAT TO EXPECT

Life in Nosara is relaxed and full of charm — but it comes with a few quirks! You may experience dust, bugs, or brief power, water, or internet outages. Construction noise is also possible between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. as the area continues to grow.

If reliable internet is essential, consider adding a mobile data plan. Please note that local septic systems don’t allow toilet paper to be flushed — bins are provided.

These are normal aspects of life in Costa Rica and outside our control, so refunds aren’t offered for such occurrences.

SAFETY & CANCELLATION

While we honor our cancellation policy, processing fees are non-refundable for guest-initiated cancellations.

Petty theft can occur, so please keep doors locked, valuables secured, and use alarms or security bars when available. A private guard can be arranged upon request.

Even with precautions, theft can happen. Rent Nosara, the homeowner, and the property manager cannot be held responsible for lost items.
