Here at Rega Stays, we welcome you to our trendy, newly remodeled condo in Branson, featuring stunning lakefront views of Table Rock Lake! With 2 bedrooms, including a lake view king master with en suite bathroom, a queen in the second bedroom, and a queen sofa bed, our spacious retreat can sleep up to 6 guests, making it the ideal getaway for families or groups of friends. We even provide a pack-n-play for our littlest guests. Come relax and enjoy all the comforts of home with a touch of lakeside luxury in our beautiful condo.

Step outside to our large private deck and enjoy stunning views of Table Rock Lake. Sip on your morning coffee while taking in the serene lake views or night cap with a glass of wine as you watch the sunset over the water.

The living room is great for lounging around after a day of exploring the area. You can relax on the comfortable couch while watching your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV or gather around the table for a board game competition with the kiddos. You'll also have access to high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the condo.

The full kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. You'll find modern appliances, plenty of cookware, dishes and utensils to serve your meals.

Our resort also has plenty of centrally located amenities for you to enjoy including a seasonal swimming pool and hot tub (typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day - please ask for exact dates), a sports court and a playground. The sports court is perfect for a friendly game of basketball, pickleball, shuffle board or tennis.

We manage numerous single and sister properties (two condos next door to each other) within the resort, ranging from intimate spaces to sister condos that can sleep between 12-16 guests. With our portfolio of more than 20 condos at this resort, we can host very large groups, perfect for family reunions, church group or corporate retreats.

Great view of lake from back balcony. The condo was very well stocked, clean and comfortable place to stay while visiting SIlver Dollar City and Branson area. We look forward to returning visits here!

We had a wonderful stay. The place was perfect and just as described/pictured. The place was nice and quiet, the beds were comfortable and the host provided basics like laundry detergent and coffee. We loved the suggestions from the host about things to do-we went down to Pebble Rock Beach behind the condo and tried to find the place where the host said she got married Overall we had a great stay!

Wonderful Host, Property Needs Attention

Ashley was an excellent host throughout our stay. She was kind, responsive, and made a real effort to address the issues that came up. While there were some problems with the property itself, I truly appreciated her communication, professionalism, and willingness to help. As a host, she was wonderful.

We had such an amazing experience in Branson! Ashley is the most responsive and attentive host. You can tell she put a part of herself in each aspect of the condo. Just one flight of stairs. Beautiful decor and comfy furniture/ beds! Very close to pool and hot tub. Resort is beautifully landscaped. The view of lake from balcony was great. We spent much time sitting on comfy furniture just watching deer, birds and of course the lake. Great walks all around resort. Loved walk to Pebble beach. We will definitely be in touch to rent with her again.

Great getaway from the busy!!

We had a fantastic stay for the weekend. It was so calm and peaceful and we had a great view of the lake from the patio deck. The condo was clean and had everything one would need to stay for days. We look forward to a return visit!!

My sister and I were there for a short 2 night stay. We were there for a day at Silver Dollar City's Fall Art Festival. This was a comfortable and clean condo, perfect for what we needed. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The view was spectacular! Communication with the owner was so easy. She was readily available for a couple glitches and responded immediately, which was so helpful! It was a perfect choice for our mid-week get-away!

First off I very much liked the simplicity of the key code. We walked in and the first thing we saw was the magnificent sunset thru the doors to the deck. Great start! The condo was very clean and well stocked with necessities. My husband loves his coffee and there was both a coffee maker AND a Kuerig…perfect! Plus coffee for both. The bed was super comfy and plenty of fluffy towels and washcloths. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again.

Inside was mostly clean. Master bedroom lamp/ outlet strip did not work on side of bed closest to bathroom. Two plates we got out of cabinet were soaked with water - they had not been dried before putting away. Outside of unit has a lot of spider webs, dead bugs, growing moss, etc. The side of the building between the two units was very dirty / but covered. Expected it to be a little more decent with the price. Overall was okay.

Hi! I'm Ashley, the founder of Rega Stays, and since we are grateful that you are considering our condo as a place to stay, I wanted to fill you in on who we are as your potential hosts.

First and foremost, we are a Christian family and we are proud of our faith. We (Scott and I) desire to instill this faith in our children and if successful, we would count this our lives' crowning achievement!

Our children, numerous as they are (7!), range in age from 4 to 23 and their individual personalities vary just as much. We have an artist (23), a singer (21), a softball/socialite (14), two baseball players (11 & 12), a gymnast (10) and ‘the boss’ (4).

After years in the corporate finance world, I left office life to pursue my dream of hosting. Now I consider it an extreme honor to get to play even the smallest part in helping my guests enjoy their vacations! ❤️ Scott, also in corporate finance, balances his professional work with his passion for farming.

We love our sports enjoying Chiefs, Royals and Wildcat games with friends, family and BBQ. Our weekends are marked with these as we love to host at our crazy, loud and packed house! While we play hard, we also work hard. Scott persistently reminds me to balance the former with the latter.

We each grew up in small, rural Kansas communities and a commonality within our individual families were annual trips to Branson and Silver Dollar City! Our childhood memories of these trips often overtook our conversations and we vowed our children would experience the same. Scott did not even put up an ounce of resistance when I suggested purchasing a condo for us to stay in and share with family and friends. We have enjoyed the experiences with our guests so much that we now own and/or manage 40!
