This one bedroom, one bathroom condo unit has been completely remodeled from top to bottom and has features you will see in no other. Welcome to 7305 Misiones Del Cabo!

Located on the third floor with direct view of the Arch at Lands End you will be enjoying sunsets overlooking all of Cabo Bay.

The living room sliding doors slide open to fully open this unit to the full room width deck that is furnished with Equipales style hand made Mexican furniture.

The living room features a new (2023) queen bed leather sofa sleeper. A wall dresser has been added for guests sleeping in this living room are. All bedding and pillows kept out of site in there own designated area in the bedroom closet. Smart TV with Bluetooth Bose soundbar and ceiling fan. Window shades and new floor tile throughout the entire unit including the deck and bathroom.

The fully equipped kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a filtered water system for the ice maker in the refrigerator. Kitchen is furnished with cooking utensils, pots, pans, glasses, plates, bowls, silverware, knifes, toaster, coffee maker, hand towels, and more to make sure your stay is comfortable. Electric 4 burner built in glass cooktop. No oven in this unit as most will find all the dining and places to eat within walking distance are excellent. Or simply have the pool bar cook for you.

In the bedroom you will find a California King bed (new from Costco late 2022). Variable speed ceiling fan and various direct and indirect lighting help keep this room extremely comfortable. Ample size closet with shelves and hangers. Full body wall mounted mirror as well as a clothes steamer in the closet to make getting ready easy. Two bedroom walls retract and can be opened making this unit more open and spacious than most single bedroom units within Misiones Del Cabo.

Convenience items included such as a hair dryer, make up removal towels and small counter top fan. All bath, hand, and wash towels included for this unit.

Misiones resort maintains a 24/7 guard gated entrance and is a very safe community. There are two large swimming pools, a swim up Palapa bar and free parking. There is a small convenience store located on site with Costco and Walmart nearby.

There are two beaches both located on the parameters of Misiones. Monuments Beach (surfing). 7305, this unit overlooks Monuments Beach with unabstructed viewing of the famous Arch. The second beach is Cabo Bello Beach (no vendors). A short walk behind this unit through beautiful mature resort landscaping puts you on this beach where swimming, snorkeling or just sunning on the sand exists.
