Hurricane Ian update: we have been cleared for occupancy after many months! Pool is open!! The beach is still as amazing as ever with unreal sunsets. Very spacious Oceanfront condo on second floor. Prime location on Ft Myers Beach with easy access to Naples or Times Square on the island. As places rebuild there will be plenty to do within walking distance, restaurants with live music, beach shops, grocery stores, etc. Unreal panoramic Western, Northern, Southern sunset views while relaxing on your lanai! There is a keypad for the front door that you will have access to. Also will get 2 key cards for the pool area/hot tub and elevator at night + 2 parking passes in the unit.

Parking is very easy, free, and there is a beach trolley close by that will take you to the Times Square area of Ft Myers Beach. It runs 12 hours per day (schedule could be altered during rebuild). Gullwing Resort is undergoing rebuilding into 2025.

Beach chairs and beach equipment provided as well!
