Historic Farmhouse on 44 acres

Experience staying in a 200+ year old stone house on a 44 acre farm with a rippling creek to relax beside. The host family lives in the second house. If you need anything we are just a few steps away and glad to help! A short walk across an historical stone bridge will take you to the Green Dragon Farmers Market (open Fridays only) where you will experience many different cultures all together at one place.
This house was built many years ago when they often made the steps to the stairs short and steep. This house is no exception. If you have trouble with steep stairs this may not be the most practical place for you.

PA DUTCH CO

Immaculate and lovely stone house. It is one of the most beautiful and peaceful settings. Love being at a working farm. The old cottage has been wonderfully updated, keeping the charm. Very kind and attentive owners. Will definitely stay there again.

Wonderful stay!

We had an amazing three-night stay at Tonya's guest house on her farm. The house was spotless and charmingly decorated, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and some staples, making it incredibly convenient for a family. Tonya was readily available and responsive whenever we needed assistance. Being on the farm, surrounded by cows, sheep, and a horse, was a highlight—our daughter absolutely loved it! We highly recommend staying here and would definitely return.

Amazing experience

I stayed here with my family (husband and three kids - 5,3, 1.5yr old) and it was absolutely perfect. We arrived late the first night and our hostess was so gracious to set up the pack and play before our arrival. The family and their children were so friendly and it was the perfect balance of alone time and getting personal introductions to puppies, sheep and their steer. It was an amazing stay and I think my kids will remember the time spent on the farm more than the Dutch Wonderland part of the trip! It was wonderful and would love to go back!! 10/10

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Come enjoy a peek back in time as you explore the old buildings on our 44 acre farm. An old tobacco barn, corn crib shed, and bank barn. There is a pasture and a creek to enjoy. Many fun hours have been spent there. You're welcome to enjoy it also but at your own risk.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Come relax and enjoy watching sheep grazing in the pasture, chickens pecking for food, listen to the birds chirping and many more sights and sounds. If you're outdoors sitting on the rocker you may even have a friendly cat come and curl up on your lap if you allow her to.
Bikes, a kayak and canoes are also available for your use (at your own risk). Come and enjoy nature in a private setting!
