The Logan Lodge - Sunny Cottage in Great Location

This darling and sun filled cottage is a new remodel that features beautiful hardwood floors, granite countertops, upgraded finishings, and a lovely private yard. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, your family or group will have ample room and sleeping space to enjoy in this adorable home away from home! Conveniently located to numerous restaurants and bustling neighborhoods, and only 4 miles from downtown, you'll have all that you need to make your stay in Nashville a memorable one! *This home is also open for stays of 30+ days or more!

Layout:
This charming home has two areas: the original home square footage plus a mother in law suite addition that was completed in late 2018. The main portion of the home has a living room, kitchen, bedroom with an en suite bathroom, two additional bedrooms and one bathroom in the hallway. The mother in law suite is one large living area that includes a kitchenette and a bathroom. The two areas are connected by a laundry room. The house also has a carport and a private backyard that’s accessible through cantilever gate which is accessible through the alley behind the house.

Parking:
There is space available for 2 -3 cars.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located in a residential area of Nashville and is convenient to great restaurant and drink options!  If you’re looking for a cute little bar nearby, try Flamingo Cocktail Club or Bastion. Nearby restaurants include Eastern Peak, Brother's Burgers, Vui's Kitchen, Sunflower Cafe, Earnest Hemingway Bar & Hideaway, M.L. Rose, The Sutler, Peachtree Drive-In and Calypso Cafe. For drinks, like coffee or beer, check out Red Bicycle Coffee and Crepes, Diskin Cider, or Jackalope Brewing Company. There is also a Kroger and Walmart just up the road. 

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time. 

Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.
