The location is great, very convenient to get to downtown. Host is very easy to communicate with and is very responsive. Check in and out were smooth. The property is very spacious. We really enjoyed our stay.

The listings were accurate. I was very pleased being allowed in an hour early. The host responded very quickly when we arrived in town early. The amount of space was perfect, bedroom space was perfect. However, it was strange the bedrooms did not have doorknobs. There were keypad locks to every bedroom, one of the upstairs bedrooms missing the battery and back. The kitchen was small. More cooking utensils and pans should be provided. There were no dish towels to help with cleaning while cooking. There were plenty of linen, however pillowcases cleanliness was questionable. Chairs at the kitchen table need cleaning. Overall it was a good stay for our family for the weekend.

The property wasn’t cleaned. There was hair on the wall of the shower, dirty dishes left in the dishwasher and used contacts on the night stand. The bedroom window was partially open when we went to bed. Tried to close it but the lock was broken. Reached out to the owner that night to verify check out procedures but never heard back. Only heard back from him the following day after I contacted him about the issues.

The place was clean and the beds were comfy. We liked that it was located in a gated area and the host was quick to respond to questions.We would have liked to have wash clothes and more towels. The outlet in the downstairs bathroom did not work and the blinds in the main level were missing many slats. Over all it was a pleasant stay.

I felt safe and the place looked like the picture. Only one big vehicle will fit in the garage. Extra necessities like water bottles, paper towels, and toliet paper was the perfect touch. My only complaint is we needed more pillows. I would rent again. Thanks.

Nice Place!

We had a wonderful time . The Place was nice. The neighborhood was quite. However the neighbors that live on the left side from standing on the balcony facing the golf course threw an egg on the balcony. We woke the next morning it was a crack egg on the balcony. Thats was weird.

Fantastic Location!

If you are looking for a location not directly on the beaten path and only 15 mins from Broadway, this is the one for you! The beds, LARGE and Comfortable! All the amenities you need. Air works great as well! Bring a mattress topper for the pullout couch if you use it, however. No big deal for us as we had people able to share beds. If you are bringing bigger vehicles make sure you let the owner know. We managed to fit a Crew Cab no-lift truck and a Durango in the garage but BARELY, however, he was able to contact the HOA if needed to get a letter to park in the parking spots at the bottom of the hill! The owner allowed us to check in early and actually gave us a 30 min later checkout as well! Washer and Dryer on property as well! Clean up was simple and easy! All in all A Property! Eduardo is a FANTASTIC HOST!!

First off, when we arrived at the house, we needed a code to get in through the community gate, and then an additional code to get in through the garage, which we were not provided upon arrival. We reached out to the owner, and had to wait around outside the property for 45 minutes before we got a response from the owner. Good thing it was not a cold day! l will start off with the positives: No bad smells, beds were big and comfy, sheets and towels smelled fresh and clean! All 5 of us slept very well! Extra pillows would have been nice. Laundry room is fully stocked with all the necessities. Garage is big and clean.Things that were lacking, so you need to provide them for yourself:No handsoap in 2 of the bathrooms.No shampoo or conditioner in any bathrooms.No hangers in the closet (well, ok there were 2).No handtowels (washcloths and bathtowels provided and very clean.No screens on any windows.No coffee for the coffee maker.No baking sheet for baking cookies (we wanted to bake Christmas cookies but couldn't).No drinking glasses, only coffee mugs.All floors were very sticky with some kind of spill or residue.Bathroom sink upstairs clogged and draining slowly.Curly black hair on the floor and backs of 2 toilets, and a hairball on floor of bathroom.Dirty kitchen chairs.Tiny sofa in living area.

Plenty of cleaning supplies, no wash clothes , but plenty of everything else place and furniture could have been a little cleaner . Prefect location . Host communication was great .
