The house is on 40 private acres of aspen forest. A 1/3 mile private drive accesses it. The elevation is 7,600 feet which afford a view of the surrounding mountains for many miles. There are no houses in sight and no traffic or neighbors.

This property is on 40 acres of private land, accessed by a private road. You will need a 4-wheel drive vehicle in the winter months.

Must have good snow tires and a 4-wheel drive vehicle in winter- it's a mountain town, and our road gets snowy! Guest responsible for turning off firepit.
