Wonderful Property with Beautiful views

We had an absolute amazing time in Glenwood at this property. It was clean, well maintained, and very easy to get to from Glenwood. The view was so beautiful from the deck and was a wonderful place to stay. We would definitely book here again!

Peaceful Family Retreat

Our family enjoyed time together at this peaceful property in a beautiful setting outside Glenwood Springs. The house was very clean. Host is a pleasure to communicate with and took care of any issues promptly. The deck is really nice for sitting and listening to the creek.

Great stay and accommodations

Love this place. We’ve stayed here before for our family and friend’s fishing trip. Great location to rivers and town. Host took great care in making sure we had everything we needed. We’ll definitely stay there again.

Amazing property and hosts!

We stayed at Ted and Mary's property over the Christmas holiday and they were so accommodating, they even had some decorated Christmas trees up for us! The entire place was well laid out and comfortable for our entire family! Would definitely stay here again.

Great house

This is a real find for anyone who is looking for a nice house next to a beautiful stream. The host is great. We found the house stocked with the little things like coffee and filters, wrapping paper and a bunch of other things that make little sense to buy if you only spend a few days.

Outdoor deck is wonderful! Ted & Mary were very kind and accommodating (allowing early check-in.) Loved that we could bring our dog.

Worth the short drive out of town!

My family stayed at Pete's Place for 3 nights in July and loved it. The extra space for the teens was great, the outside deck space was fantastic. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable! Highly recommend taking the short drive out of town to this private relaxing space!

Wonderful place and host!

The house was beautiful and super clean. The view from inside the house was also amazing! Ted, the host, was very communicative and easy to reach. He even came every morning to plow the snow in the driveway. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back in the future!

Long weekend for Colorado TAC

We stayed here while attending Colorado Total Archery challenge. Beautiful place on the river. Secluded. Close to Sunlight Mountain. Very well kept. Tons of room. Spacious.

Fantastic VRBO!

Our family of 5 (two adults, three small kids) had a great time! The house is located nicely outside of town where it is quite and relaxing, but still within in a quick drive to get things or go anywhere. Plus, it is a very short distance to Sunlight. The layout is very nice, the kitchen is the best stocked we have experienced, gas fire places very cozy, beds extremely comfortable! 5 Star in our review. Property owners are very responsive and friendly as well!

Fantastic Ski Trip

We had a great time at Ted and Mary's place. It was very close to the Sunlight Ski Resort. The house had lots of room for everyone and looked exactly like the pictures. Ted and Mary were great hosts. Ted came early each morning that it snowed to clear the driveway. We had a great time and would highly recommend to anyone.
