Beachside Vista offers lush landscapes and breathtaking ocean views, providing a beachside retreat in New Smyrna Beach. This two-story, 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom oceanfront home accommodates up to 10 guests, offering the perfect setting for a family or group getaway. The fully stocked galley kitchen on the first floor is bright and inviting, with ample counter space and views of palm trees. Enjoy meals in the open concept dining room while taking in panoramic Atlantic views, or relax in the huge living room, featuring plush sectional seating, and a flat-screen TV, with French doors leading to the 1st floor primary bedroom suite with a queen bed and private bathroom, all with stunning views of the ocean. Step out onto the spacious veranda to enjoy morning coffee or stargazing by the sea.

Upstairs, the comfy beach house vibe continues with the ocean facing 2nd floor primary master suite, featuring a king bed, seating area, flat-screen TV and ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom offers a queen bed with soothing blue décor, while the fourth bedroom has two full beds. A third full bathroom completes the upstairs. Each room is thoughtfully designed for comfort, and the home provides high-speed internet access and workspaces for remote work. Pets are welcome, and the property boasts ample parking, making it an ideal beach escape. Great location!

Was a great getaway for my husband and myself. House was a bit dated but overall comfortable. Only negative was that the smoke alarm battery died and there were no batteries in the house so we had to run to store.

A relaxing front porch

Our family stayed here May 2018 for a long weekend. I loved the house and especially that front porch right on the beach! Be prepared for small bathroom showers, and we should have packed some bath soap since it was not provided, but otherwise the house was perfect.

Great house on the beach

Had a great stay in New Smyrna. House located on the beach next to a quiet beach access walkway. Close to Publix and dining locations. House was well appointed and clean. Layout a little wonky as third bedroom upstairs must use one of the bathrooms from the other three bedrooms. There is no bathroom located in a common area...only off a bedroom.

NSB Vacation

The house was nice and had an amazing view of the ocean. Access to the beach was great! The master bath had cold water & one of the beds upstairs kept leaning. The upstairs AC leaked on the floor. The maintenance staff came quickly but was unable to fix. The only other drawback was one room didn't have a bathroom and there was no common bathroom for people to use. That should be explained in the narrative for the house. However, we had a wonderful time overall and are glad we stayed 2 weeks.

Pet family friendly property.

The property was well kept up and in a great location. We picked this location based on beach access and pet friendly status. Unfortunately, the beach by the house wasn’t pet friendly. However, there’s a pet friendly beach that wasn’t too far away.

Wonderful Property

Lovely vintage home restored with all the perks of a new home. Location was a amazing. Management super responsive to minor issue during stay and immediately corrected it. Only issue - WiFi and tv intermittently went out. Recommend owner change service provider, not management’s fault.

Inviting Beach Home with AMAZING views and beach access!

The pictures really don't do this property justice! It was literally a 2 minute walk to the water and the porch is huge and shaded all day. We stayed with my BIL's family and the property was awesome! It is located on a very quiet and accessible street with wonderful dining options and grocery within a mile. One thing to note that I did not realize from the listing is that the upstairs master bath is shared with the other bedrooms via access from the hall. The "kid's cave" room has it's own bath. The downstairs bedroom has a private bath, but it is the only bathroom on the main level, so it was shared during the day. It was not an issue for our party, but thought I'd share that detail. The beach is busy on the weekend (you can drive on the beach), but it was like our own private beach during the week. I would definitely book this property again!

Family gathering

Beautiful view of the ocean! Great location, private, plenty of seating on the porch where we enjoyed listening to and watching the waves throughout the day. Ocean breeze made it pleasant to be outside. Beautiful beach and great waves for body surfing. Upstairs bathrooms were tight and stairs in/out of kitchen was awkward. Plenty of room otherwise; high quality furnishings, kitchen well-stocked with pot, pans, plates, utensils, etc. Highly recommend!

Perfect beachfront home

The location and access to the beach was perfect. My only complaint about the house was the extremely small bathrooms. Everything else was perfect.

Great beach vaca

We had a great week staying at this home- the location was great with instant beach access and a park less than a mile away for kids. Flagler ave is walkable as well. Would definitely stay again.

Would Recommend, and would stay again in future.

I really loved this house! Our only issues was not being able to turn a/c below 74 therefore it stayed warm at times and was uncomfortable to sleep. And there were baby lizards running around and a few dead one's were not removed when house was cleaned before we arrived. But I loved the location and the house was decorated very nice. Overall being our first beach house experience, it was very nice and I would highly recommend. Everyone I talked to was very nice and answered any questions I had. For homeowners: house needs pot holders and new ice trays. Just FYI :)

We suggest leaving the AC at 74 as keeping the temperature any lower during the day can cause the AC system to freeze and stop working. If you need to lower it a few degrees for a more a comfortable sleep, please feel free to do so. Florida, especially the beach areas, have quite a large number of lizards who somehow find their way indoors. We would have been happy to send someone over to remove the dead ones had the office been notified. We are here 9-9pm to make sure our guests have everything they need for a great vacation. What a great beach house! Loved the porch!

We had a great thanksgiving week at the beach with our daughters and their families . A mile from Flagler and lots of places to walk! Great porch and easy access to morning bagels and groceries! Thanks for a fun week. Clean and fast service when we had a question !

Beach view and location fantastic. Bathrooms are TINY. Showers are smaller than a camper bathroom. Kitchen could use some work. Bedrooms quite comfortable. Would rent again.

Fabulous covered porch with amazing view.

This is a very well equipped property with an amazing view from the covered porch. The beach walk was so close that we could access the beach very quickly. The bathrooms are somewhat small but that is the only negative. Well located to good restaurants and shopping.

This vacation home had a fantastic view. The home was immaculate and all furnishings were quality.

It is close to Flagler ave and walking distance to a bar on the beach. Very dog friendly. I will be back!

Great location on the beach and close to town.

Very clean and updated property. View from the porch was perfect. A short walk through the dunes to the beach. Very clean and recently updated. Everything we expected and more.

Great Family Vacation

We wanted a place on the beach for family, including preschool aged grandchildren, to have a relaxing, comfortable time together. This house met and exceeded our expectations for comfort, beach access, convenience to shops, etc. without being "in the middle of things". We all hope that we can find time in the family schedules to return. A truly enjoyable time and place. Comfortable beds, quiet location, clean, nice appliances, well stocked.... well done!
