このプロパティを使用すると、両方を取得します!!

Our stay was perfect. Right at the beach. Check in was easy, the home was very clean and spacious and no issues at all. It was even stocked with beach chairs and body boards which was an added bonus.

Everything was great, Natasja could not have been better. She worked with us on changes, and was so helpful. The unit was very nice, next to the beach, and you can see Flagler from the driveway, so close. We will book here again. Best place we have stayed in New Smyrna.

Great location

Beautiful home with great views. Loved that so many great shops and restaurants were within walking distance. Parking is a bit tight so I was glad I had a smaller car.

Amazing location

Property was literally "on the beach". Great location and easy check-in. Owner was very attentive to our requests. Plenty of room for our group of six. We had a great time!

Great property and location

We stayed at the property whilst on business and it made a perfect location. The property was immaculate inside and out and the owners were very responsive and super helpful. The location of the property was ideal for the beach and the local restaurants and bars. I would whole heartedly recommend this property.

Great family vacation

We loved this house. Plenty of room for our family of 5. 1 block from Flagler Ave. So close to the beach!! We woke up each morning to a beautiful sunrise from our bedroom picture window.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and well stocked with great views of the beach. New Smyrna Beach is a nice town to visit and is a good jumping off point for Orlando, St. Augustine and Kennedy Space Center. Highly recommended!

The house was conveniently located near the beach and Flagler Ave. The check in process was super easy. House was well appointed. Rooms were lovely. Lots of beach toys, chairs and boards available to use. Plenty of parking, too.

Great Spot

Went down with my wife and 2 teenaged boys for spring break. Condo was excellent, location could not be better. Will be staying again next time we go. No need to look for anything else.

New Smyrna on the beach

Great location right on the beach. Two blocks from restaurants and gift shopping . One can walk out the door and right on the beach. No need to drive anywhere

This beautiful beachfront property has the most fantastic views from all main living areas of the home. It is oceanfront, spacious, clean, has an open floor plan, and sleeps up to 9 guests, comfortable beds.

This is a "best case scenario" rental property that is both on the ocean and next to Flagler Avenue. You can literally park your car in the driveway and leave it there the entire week, and still not have enough time to visit all the shops and restaurants within easy walking distance before your departure.

And there is nothing better than walking up from a relaxing day on the beach to your very own freshwater showers, snacks, and a cold drink in the fridge, then back outside for more fun in the sun. Moonlit walks on the beach begin within steps of your front door, and there's no need to cart around beach gear, surf boards, and fishing gear because you are so close to the water.

The pictures say it all, and you will not be disappointed. Just be sure to book for your return trip next year right away because once this place gets discovered, the schedule will surely be filled with repeat visitors!

Location, Location, Location. The property is on the corner of the "Best Beach in Central Florida" and the town's main street. Perched perfectly beside the beach with amazing views of the Atlantic, and conveniently close to the heart of the town.

From the front door you can walk towards the left and be at the beach immediately, or go straight less than a block and be at Flagler Avenue for a morning cup of coffee, afternoon shopping, or an evening with dinner and later dancing at the clubs. Or you may go out and towards the right and be at the Intracoastal Indian River about 4 blocks away.

Truly the best possible location to enjoy your time at what National Geographic Magazine calls one of the Top 20 Surf Towns in the world, also ranked Top 10 beach towns by Outdoor Magazine.
