New appliances. 2 air conditioning units. Spacious backyard with fruits trees! NOTE: This property does not have consistent water heat. The property is serviced by a solar water heat which heats dependent on the temperamenture.

Enjoyed my stay here, property was clean, secure and quiet neighborhood and that hot water in the shower was also a plus. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent Stay

This property was more than I expected and exceeded my expectations. I loved the location and it was very safe and convenient. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. It was a great visit.

Enjoyed my stay

I enjoyed my stay at the home. Check in and communication was seamless. The home is clean and quiet. Grocery and shopping is nearby. I have no complaints and would definitely stay again.

Home away from home!

My stay at this property was amazing! Marsha provided excellent customer service — she was super helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was incredibly easy. I have nothing negative to say because the entire experience was great from start to finish. I originally came down for the horse racing event, and this house was perfect for my trip. Next time I will visit, I will definitely be booking this place again and bringing the family along!

My host was extremely reliable and responsive. This was my second time staying here, and any minor issues that arose were addressed promptly and without hassle. She was easy to reach, and all of my questions were answered in a timely manner. I appreciated her attentiveness and professionalism, which made for another enjoyable stay.
