Apartment in a house. Fortress of Solitude Part Deux/3 bedroom duplex apartment (in a house) unit. This unit is NOT a shared space. The entire apartment is yours during your visit. No shared space. Our co-host and son live in the downstairs unit if you need anything. (His unit is separate from the upstairs unit.) This unit is located within walking distance of our personal residence and our first AirBnB rental - Fortress of Solitude. Please note 2 parking spaces are available only.
The space
Angel and Tony (along with Tony's son Noah - as our wonderful cohost) invite you to stay in the upper apartment of our Peoria house duplex. This is NOT a shared space. The entire apartment is yours during your stay. Keyless entry (we assigned each guest their own unique code) provides our guests with complete flexibility to come and go according to your schedule. Our place is conveniently located with quick access to Interstate 74. We are 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from downtown Peoria. This 3 bedroom 1 bath apartment offers a full kitchen and washer and dryer. Please note that this space is approximately 988 square feet big in total - so the bedrooms are smaller in nature as the apartment within the upper level of the house is smaller in nature. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. We are happy to provide tips on fun things to do while you are visiting Peoria. The neighborhood is safe - as we called this neighborhood home too. Noah lives in the downstairs unit and Tony and Angel lives within walking distance of this location - approximately 8 houses away. Great for a few nights or an extended stay!

Your fully furnished apartment/Fortress of Solitude Part Deux is waiting for you! (Noah the co-host lives in the downstairs unit which is separate from the upstairs unit - no shared spaces) (Fortress of Solitude is our other Air BnB rental if you are interested - it is just 8 houses down the street from Part Deux). All the comforts of home while you travel await you. We have designed the apartment/Fortress of Solitude Part Deux to accommodate work space as well as comfort and relaxation. WiFi and cable TV are at your service. Want your Netflixs? The TV can access your Netflix account as well. The kitchen has all appliances including a microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Help yourself to coffee to get you started or keep yourself going! Dishes for serving 6 are included. Remote controlled ceiling fans in the living room and all 3 bedrooms help keep you comfortable. Closets, chest of drawers, and bedroom side tables with USB charging ports allow you to make yourself at home. The front door is locked with special access code uniquely coded to each guest. Codes are communicated directly to the guests once a booking is confirmed.
Other things to note
Only 2 parking spaces are available. If you have more than 2 vehicles, you need directly ask us about other parking arrangements prior to booking. Vehicles especially larger vans and small busses cause our neighbors stress and we desire to be a great neighbor to our neighbors. After all, we live in this neighborhood and call it home.... We do not want to be a rude neighbor and we know the AirBNB community wants to be good neighbors too.

Please note this apartment is located within the upper unit of a house. The square footage of this apartment is 988 square feet; therefore, the bedrooms are smaller in nature. None of the space is shared with the bottom unit. The cohost lives in the bottom unit and the other hosts lives 8 houses down the street if you need any assistance.

We expect the guest who books the unit to be present during the length of the stay. If you will not be present during the stay and others will be on site, we expect you will notify us either in advance or message us to provide us notice of the change in guests.
