Slice of the Good Life: Concord C5

Come stay in this unique, comfortable apartment, centrally located to make your stay as convenient as possible. Complete with all furnishings, kitchen tools, and bed linens, you can relax and kick-back while you enjoy your favorite streaming service on our large, 55" smart TV, connected to fast, reliable wifi.

This apartment is located on the third floor (must climb stairs). Our property manager lives on-site so you can have all your questions answered super fast.

Parking is free and unassigned, but we do ask that guests do not block the lane in the back.

Laundry is complimentary and located on the bottom floor. We provide all new washers and dryers.

Guests are provided an access code for entry into the building and a unique code into your individual apartment unit.

If you have questions or concerns at any time during your stay, you may contact the property manager. His information is provided in our Quick Guide rules behind the door of your unit.

Excellent location, getting around is easy:
- 5.5 Miles (9 mins) to Peoria Civic Center
- 4.8 Miles (8 mins) to OSF/Methodist Hospitals
- 1.7 Miles (4 mins) to Target/Best Buy/TJMaxx/Petsmart
- 5.5 (9 mins) to Caterpillar downtown Offices (LC & AB) & Dozer Park Baseball field
- 4.1 Miles (9 mins) to Junction City/Kellar Station
- 8 Miles (12 mins) to Louisville Slugger/Grand Prairie/ AMC movie theatre
- 3.6 Miles (7 mins) to Weaver Ridge Golf Course

Guests may use the parking lot to park your vehicle(s). There are no assigned spots but we ask that you do not park directly at the back of the building.

The outside of the building and parking lot is video monitored 24/7. There are cameras in the entry and exit areas only. There are no cameras inside the individual units.

Absolutely NO SMOKING allowed in this building or on the balconies. Guests are asked to smoke 200ft away from the building. Violators of this rule are subject to a $200 ozone-cleaning fee and may be at risk of immediate eviction with no refund.

Please keep all noise levels to a reasonable volume between the hours of 10pm until 8am.
No Smoking. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, cloves, etc. $200 penalty and guest(s) will be at risk of immediate eviction.

This place was perfect for a single person or couple looking for a peaceful, inexpensive getaway. Matt, the manager, was wonderful - responded to questions quickly, check-in was very simple, we always had what we needed. A couple bonuses - plenty of coffee, a little space to cook, a balcony to sit out on during nice weather, super soft sheets and comforter, and complimentary laundry room and laundry soap. I would definitely recommend checking it out.

Long stay for work

Nice location. Lots of restaurants and stores close by. Could use more utensils in unit. Stove for cooking would have been nice, but over all every nice and clean.
