Bring the whole family to this Luxurious Mansion, with lots of room for fun. You may get lost playing hide and seek, or get mesmerized by the sunsets, or observe over 100 Blue Heron nests that make their home here. Go kayaking on the Eastfork Little Miami River into Eastfork State Park. Perfect for Corporate gatherings, families, or wedding and special events accommodations. Conveniently located just off a major highway, and a short drive to many local attractions, Restaurants and Shopping.

Please Respect Our Home

We love you and we love your children.
…and we want to love you all when you leave.

This is a luxury living home with brand new and expensive fixtures and furniture.

Please ensure that your children are respecting the property as if it were your own home. Taking shoes off at the door, not wandering around with fruit juice or popsicles to stain the upholstery or carpeting.

Please do not move furnishings around to different rooms. If you remove small appliances, remotes, or videos to put them away, please be sure everything is put back as it was before you leave.

We ask that you not disrupt the other house located nearby and please don't borrow furnishings from other house.

If you or your children break or damage anything, please let me know.

Sidewalk chalk should be washed away before you leave.

This house has a limited occupancy of 29 people.
Violating this rule will result in a fine up to $300.

Please be sure to check out on time by 11 AM.
If you need to request an extension, I am happy to accommodate if we do not have someone coming in the same day after you.

We cannot refund any monies due to inconveniences but we will do our best to service these amenities as soon as possible. In the events of a malfunction or loss outside of our control such as time without electricity, water, satellite TV, wireless internet, etc. We cannot provide refunds. We will respond as soon as humanly possible to restore these amenities.

We held our staff retreat (10 people) here, and it was the perfect setting. Plenty of space to spread out in comfort (quiet sitting nooks all over the house for us introverts who need to get away from the crowd) and to meet (3 designated meeting areas). Very clean and plenty of beds. Communication from the Host was top-notch. We lacked for nothing. Beautiful place for a retreat group or a large family gathering. I am looking forward to going back.

This place was awesome! We had a group of 43 and rented both the mansion and executive and it was perfect for our group. The place is beautiful, spacious and clean and Pamela is very responsive and kind. Her husband Michael and son Seth were doing some work around the property while we were there and we invited them for lunch and they were a joy to host (even tho they own the place lol). Michael even bought our group pickleball paddles for the local community pickleball courts. Would highly recommend!

The large house had several spaces that could be set up for kids to do some activites away from very young children - and leave it safely behind. The great room/ kitchen, dining area and sun room also provided a lot of space to gather and eat. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of dishes, cookware, spices, and a few extras. If you have young children, be mindful that there is a lot of white/ light colored upholstery. We used hand towels (lots of linens available) to cover white stools/ chairs that the kids used to keep them clean. The master bedroom suite was spectacular! The downstairs has a lot of space, too, but the beds are more dorm style so not as comfortable. The large outdoor patio is nice and the campfire space was also welcoming. The host was excellent and communicated well. There was a tv in every main bedroom - 5 which also had their own bathroom - very nice. We had a great time and would come back if there was more we would want to do around Cincinnati.

Awesome place for retreat

22 of us and the place was more than big enough for all of us and a ton of fun! The place was immaculate and very usable. Also, the blue heron are a great treat to get to see!

This place is huge! More than enough room for our party of 14. Very clean, super comfortable. The only note I didn’t realize is that it’s right off the highway, but the house’s comfort and amenities were above and beyond.

Amazing place for a work retreat!

Photos do not do this place justice, and that’s saying something since the photos look great! Pamela was amazing and communicative through the stay and we are excited to hopefully return!!
