Stylish 1BR Riverfront Retreat with Fireplace & Stunning Ohio River Views

Whiskers on the Water is a private one-bedroom suite with sweeping Ohio River views from two large living-room windows. Set inside the 1893 Springer House in walkable New Richmond, it pairs preserved historic details with jewel-toned furnishings, warm lighting and an electric fireplace.

The separate bedroom has a Queen bed and room-darkening shades. A Queen sleeper sofa in the living room brings capacity to four, though the space is especially comfortable for one or two. The full kitchen includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker and cooking basics. There is one bathroom with a tub and shower, a Smart TV in the living room, a second TV in the bedroom, Wi-Fi and a dining/work table. Shared laundry is available in the building.

Walk to the riverfront, Liberty Landing, restaurants, coffee and local shops. New Richmond is a relaxed base for Cincinnati-area concerts, sports, family visits and work trips. A car is useful for destinations beyond town.

The suite is on the second floor, up one flight of stairs, with no elevator. Self check-in begins at 4 p.m. Free street parking and additional parking behind the building are available. Other residents and businesses share this historic property; local music or events may occasionally be audible. Quiet hours begin at 10 p.m. No parties, smoking or pets.

Essential House Rules:
* Use of the bicycles located on the property at your own risk. We assume zero liability.
* Please respect our neighbors by refraining from parties, loud music, and keeping noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
* Smoking is strictly prohibited within the home.
* The toilet plumbing is delicate; please flush toilet paper only.
* No pets or animals allowed in the unit.
* Any damage to the property or its fixtures will be the responsibility of the guest.
* All items within the unit should remain in the unit; charges will apply for any missing or stolen items.
* The maximum number of guests must not exceed the agreed-upon limit.
* Misplaced keys or remotes will incur a replacement fee.
* Please leave the property in the condition you found it; additional fees may apply for excessive mess.
* Please respect the external security cameras and wi-fi and do not interfere with them.
* Check-out time is 11 AM; unauthorized late checkouts will incur a fee.
