This property is 15 out of 10! Beautiful condo with beautiful views. Quiet beach with free beach set up. Exceptionally Clean! Owners are amazing with all contact information. Condo as beautiful as pictures. You can even open glass doors in bedrooms to hear waves in bedrooms! Amazing!

Great beach proximity and set up

Haven’t been to PCB in years before this. What we loved the most was how easy it was to get to the beach and the daily chair set up. It was not rows and rows of people. Loved the short walk to the sand piper to cool off and get snacks. We had a wonderful week!

Perfect Spot!

We stayed for a week and had a fantastic experience. The unit was spotless upon arrival—clean and clearly well cared for. The decor was beautiful and tastefully done, making it feel clean and welcoming right from the start.One of the highlights was how quiet and uncrowded the property felt. Even though the pool is on the smaller side, we often had it completely to ourselves, which made it feel like our own private oasis.Communication was also top-notch. The host responded quickly to any questions we had, making everything easy and stress-free. And the location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we wanted to do, from restaurants to shopping to local attractions.Would absolutely recommend this condo for a relaxing, convenient, and comfortable stay. We’d love to come back!

Absolutely amazing location! Beautifully decorated, convenient walk to the beach, it is a smaller pool but it’s plenty big, condo was clean at check in and kitchen was fully stocked! We will absolutely stay here again!!

Wonderful place!

Beautiful place and more than enough space for everyone. Gorgeous views. Close enough to the shops and restaurants. It's very rare to find one on the beach that is also pet friendly. What's even better but even more rare is 2 bedrooms facing the ocean as me and my bestie both want to wake up to the ocean. Only thing that could have made it the best is if the doors in the bedrooms opened so you could hear the waves but I'm sure they have their reasons and doesn't stop us from wanting to stay again.

This is my 3rd time staying in this beautiful condo and all I can say is .... I am already booking my 4th!Absolutely incredible! The new sliding doors are amazing and the condo remains in incredibly clean acid it was brand new!And the location could not be better. Very private but close enough to get to EVERYTHING with minutes. Lovely Condo

The condo was absolutely lovely! It looks exactly like the pictures. It was beautifully decorated and there were so many details that made it comfortable for the guests. Everything was so clean and uncluttered. The view was outstanding from every room. You don't have to cross the street to walk your dog or to park. I look forward to another visit.

Terrific condo

This is the second year staying with this host (different condo on same property). He is great to book with. He is quick to respond to any questions you may have. The property and condo themselves are the overall best we have stayed at in PCB. We have previously stayed at Aqua, Calypso, and Ocean Reef to name a few. This property is much easier to access in regards to traffic and elevator usage. You don’t have to wait! Also, the beaches are so much less crowded than other areas. The condo itself was perfect for us. The bunk beds were what we needed for the two boys. The decor in the room was beautiful with the new sectional. Overall, we would highly recommend this place.

AMAZING CONDO!!!

This condo was the best place that I have ever stayed in! Not just me but my kids absolutely loved it as well. It had everything there that you would ever need. It was also absolutely beautiful and amazing! When we were inside, it felt as though we were away on a Caribbean Island somewhere. The view was spectacular! The only negative thing about it all was not having more vacation time to use to stay longer!! There is absolutely nothing negative that I can say about the condo. Jeff was really great to work with too. We will definitely stay here again...without a doubt. Thank you, Jeff, for sharing your condo with us!

Great stay!

We had my wife myself and our son and his girlfriend. Plenty of room. Well located very clean and had a great location. Definitely would stay there again. Great stay!

Property just as listed. Beautiful😊. 2 master suites on opposite ends of the condo provides for privacy. Elevators were fast! That specific part of the beach was not crowded. Loved our stay!! Can’t wait to do it again.

Lovely Condo and Beach

The condo is exactly as pictured. When you walk in and see the beautiful sweeping views of the gulf it really takes your breath away. We’ve stayed a lot of places and this is pretty close to perfection. The Good: Great view and high floor: One whole side of the condo is glass floor to ceiling. Amazing views in any room. Luxury: This condo is completely remodeled with tasteful and modern decor. Nice new furniture and no musty smell that you can get in some oceanfront rooms. Parking: There were always spots and getting in and out was easy. Beach: Clean, white sand and the gulf here is so clear and that beautiful green blue you don’t get on the east coast. Chair Service: Who wants to haul chairs and umbrellas every single day. Plus they were so kind and accommodating. No Street: I don’t want to have to cross a busy highway or any road really to get to the beach. The condo is on the beach and only a few steps away. Great hosts: Angela and Jeff are the best and truly care about their guests. Dogs allowed: This is really special. My husband and I travel a lot for work and for pleasure and we didn’t want to leave our little pups at home this time. You don’t usually find a nice place like this that is dog friendly. Bonus points: My son is a pilot and my husband is a veteran and we enjoyed seeing the occasional fighter jets and C130s. The Bad: You can’t choose who your neighbors will be and we were not lucky this time.
