Beachside Retreat with Beautiful Views

3BR corner luxury condominium on the east corner of the gulf front tower 1. Simply indescribable views for miles.
one of only 2 corner units with an additional 21 sq. ft. dining room alcove, which opens up the room and provides spectacular beach views.
The Grand Panama Resort is one PCB's BEST and newest resorts with massive gulf front pool.

Pets (dog only) considered up to 25 lbs with the exception of service pets. There is a $225 plus tax additional pet cost per dog and the pet must be registered in advance through the HOA. Grand Panama is the ONLY pet friendly modern condo on the gulf.

Grand Panama HOA additional costs: The resort cost is $55.00 The resort cost includes 1 parking pass and wristbands for everyone in your reservation 13 and older. Wristband replacement is $10.00. Motorcycle parking is $55.00. Trailer Parking is $55.00 (only during bike week). An additional parking pass can be purchased for $35.00 during registration. As beautiful as the pictures

Wonderful 5 night stay at this condo. We loved everything about it. The panoramic views were spectacular, the beds were comfortable and the 3 bedrooms were great for our large extended family. Location was also perfect.

Wonderful 12 days at the beach

We had a wonderful time during our stay. Great information and communication before our trip and prompt response during if needed. Everything was just as communicated to us. The units was clean, spacious and ready for check in when we were told it would be available. All costs and expectations were communicated up front and no surprises. Highly recommend!!

Great Condo

This was a very nice place to stay. We were worried about it being on the 20th floor but we never had any long waits with the elevators. It was a smooth pleasant week and we would 100% book here again. The larger deck is nice and the corner unit was very private. Views were amazing.

Relaxing vacation

The condo was amazing and was just as described in the listing. The unit was very clean when we arrived and was well equipped. Check-in and check-out was seamless and the property management provided all the necessary information for us to enjoy our stay with our 2 small dogs.

Beautiful location for Panama City Beach!

The condo was exactly what it was in the description. It was very clean, plenty of room for everyone, beautiful views, and just steps away to the beach, pool, and everything fun to do around PCB. We would absolutely stay there again! We loved it!

Definitely paradise

Annual Family Vacation

This was a great vacation. This is the second time staying in this unit. First time we brought our dog, but this time did not. The unit is spacious and we like the over sized balcony. Definitely will stay in this unit again.

The best trip

We had the best stay!! The condo was awesome!!! The beach chair rental was an added bonus! The pool, tekkie bar, the food…was fabulous!!! The lay out of the condo was nice and the fact that it was on the end, made it sweeter. We could walk to various places a d Walmart grocery delivers there!!! Very good location and place yo stay!!

Winter retreat

The property is centrally located and we were able to walk to shop. The views were spectacular, the condo was perfectly stocked with kitchen accessories, beds were comfortable. The elevators were quick and waiting was minimal. The only con we experienced was a loud wash machine but that was insignificant. Overall, our stay was near perfect. Grand Panama is amazing and the condo fit our needs!

Spring break trip

Overall this property was wonderful. It was plenty of space for us and we had 6 adults, 2 dogs and a 6 month old. The only complaint we have is that the water in the kitchen never got hot and we needed to wash baby bottles. The dryer also never dried the clothes the first time even when it was a small load.
