Welcome to the Denver Haven, the perfect location. It's a 10 minute drive to Denver and easy access to i-70 and mountains, central to all your Colorado travels. It’s also 5 minutes from Historic Heritage Park with its seasonal events, and Downtown Belmar Area, where you'll find an outdoor plaza, ice skating, all your favorite shops and restaurants and more. This home offers 3 good sized comfortable queen bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a full separate game room in the basement, as well as a private office. The rooms have luxury mattresses and bedding for your end of day relaxation after all of your Colorado adventures, plus a kitchen stocked with all the extra amenities you may need. Go venture onto the back covered patio, and enjoy dinner or a drink, or play yard games in the big fenced in yard. When it comes to comfort and a home away from home, every aspect of your stay has been considered. Come stay, adventure or play at the Denver Haven.
