Welcome to the Denver Haven, the perfect location for all your Colorado travels. 5 minutes from Historic Heritage Park, where there are many different seasonal events. In the Downtown Belmar Area, where you'll find an outdoor plaza, ice skating, all your favorite shops and restaurants. It's a 10 minute drive to Denver and easy access to i-70 and mountains, central to all your Colorado traveling needs. This home offers 3 good sized comfortable queen bedrooms, 1 being the master suite with a private bathroom, all located on the main floor, along with a living room equipped with an extra comfortable sleeper sofa, 3 bathrooms and a full separate game room in the basement, where you'll also find the the private office. The rooms have luxury mattresses and bedding for your end of day relaxation after adventuring around Colorado, plus a kitchen stocked with all the extra amenities you may need. Venture onto the back covered patio, and enjoy dinner or a drink, or play yard games in the big fenced in yard. When it comes to comfort and a home away from home, every aspect of your stay has been considered. Come stay, adventure or play at the Denver Haven.

It’s also 5 minutes from Historic Heritage Park with its seasonal events, and Downtown Belmar Area, where you'll find an outdoor plaza, ice skating, all your favorite shops and restaurants and more. This home offers 3 good sized comfortable queen bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a full separate game room in the basement, as well as a private office. The rooms have luxury mattresses and bedding for your end of day relaxation after all of your Colorado adventures, plus a kitchen stocked with all the extra amenities you may need. Go venture onto the back covered patio, and enjoy dinner or a drink, or play yard games in the big fenced in yard. When it comes to comfort and a home away from home, every aspect of your stay has been considered. Come stay, adventure or play at the Denver Haven.

Belmar is a vibrant reinvention of downtown Lakewood that evokes the ambiance of an old town village center. The district is based around a central plaza, ringed with cafes, that hosts concerts during the summer months and transforms into an ice skating rink during the winter.

From there, Belmar spans 22 square city blocks, with restaurants, art galleries, coffee shops, a movie theater, a bowling alley and clothing and specialty stores. Near Belmar is the Lakewood Cultural Center that features a 320-seat theater and rotating visual art exhibits in multiple gallery spaces. Create, connect and celebrate at 40 West Arts, a creative district along West Colfax.

The surrounding city of Lakewood offers excellent access to the outdoors, including Bear Creek Lake Park and championship golf courses like Fox Hollow Golf Course  and Homestead Golf Course . The Lakewood Heritage Center is the home to indoor and outdoor exhibits, exploring the city's history, culture and natural wonders.
