Modern Bohemian styled unit with 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom, private entrance in a duplex very quiet neighborhood with mature trees. Smart home technology starts with keyless entry & outdoor security cameras and continues throughout the unit with fiber optic internet, and fully equipped kitchen with washer & dryer in the unit. Within 2 minutes of the major highway 465-10 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from downtown, 5 minutes from Speedway, 5 minutes from Avon. This is very centrally located.
The space
One Queen size bed in each bedroom, and a workspace is provided in a bedroom with a desk. Queen Size air mattress is provided if needed.

There are two units available and you can book both if more space is needed (based on availability).

By day, I work as a teacher in Indianapolis.
During the summer and breaks, I am an avid traveler and am always up for a new adventure. I have been to 20 countries. I love to stay in AirBnBs when I travel because I get to experience local neighborhoods and the culture.
My go to restaurant nearby is Big Woods in Speedway, and I like to enjoy nature by taking a stroll in the 100 Acres Park at Newfields.
