Discovery Bay, this brand new contemporary home is fully furnished en-suite bathrooms a gorgeous chef's kitchen, where you can step out on the balcony at nights and a back yard design for BBQ entertaining, a perfect get away villa weekend for friends
PRICING STRUCTURE

Our prices are reasonably aligned to the amenity and service provided, this starts from US$60 per guest or USD$120 for 2 guests and thereafter increases by US$45 per additional guest.
This accommodates 2 guests for 1 bedroom and the 2nd bedroom accommodates 4 guests which attracts an additional charge of US$45 per guest per night

LOCATION

We are located in the lovely parish of Discovery bay, St. Ann, Jamaica within 2 mins from the north coast highway, navigating to the the villa there are two international airports on the island, Donald Sangster international airport located in Montego Bay which is 1 hour away heading in the northerly direction and Norman Manley international airport located in Kingston 2.5 hours away heading in the westerly direction.

Assume property

The space is perfect for two couples. Very well decorated and the host is extremely helpful. The beach club is great and excellent place to spend the day. Location is great for Ocho Rios or Montego Bay day trips

Modern Luxury Villa

This is a new modern luxury villa in a great location close to everything thing you need!! The owner was quick with any communication, very nice and professional and also offers you free access to one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen!! Everything you see on the site is just as the pictures show! The beds are comfortable, cable tv and A/C it’s a great rental!! I be staying again!!

Fantastic

I would say StacyAnn you went above and beyond and I thank you for being accommodating during my stay here. Mr. Dan was very efficient at the gate and I hope to come back here in the next future vacation and all I would recommend anyone to come here even if you’re traveling alone you’re in capable hands.
