Dirtiest VRBO we have ever experienced
It was not clean! It was disgusting. We had to clean kitchen, some bathrooms & bedding before we could use them. I tried to communicate this with the owner with pictures bc he didn't believe me & he got mad that I sent pictures. I contacted VRBO rep who said the owner would consider compensating us after he saw how we left it. We left it as we always do when staying at a VRBO which was far cleaner than we got it. I have yet to receive any compensation. We were grossed out staying there & there were rats inside & we couldn't use the BBQ which was advertised on the listing after we already bought items to BBQ bc the trays were all filled with grease & raw meat was still on the grill. We had to leave the trash inside upon leaving bc there were no trash cans outside. He had 1 lady that cleans in the 4 hour window which is the problem bc that is not enough time for 1 person to do a good job in a place that big. We were livid that the owner went back on his word after it was so clean to not compensate us for this filthy VRBO.
