Guests have sole access to the indoor and outdoor spaces. Guests will be able to enter the property via keypad after 4pm on the day of arrival.

No indoor or outdoor fires from May 1 - November 1.
*Strictly No Smoking or vaping inside or outside of the property.

*Do not use the fireplaces between May 1 and November 1.

*No noise outside 9 p.m. - 9 a.m. This is incredibly important. Sedona has strict noise laws and the neighbors may call the police if they are violated.

*By law this home may not be used for events, parties or large gatherings.

* We provide a starter supply of toilet paper, tissue, and paper towels. If you find that you need more than what's supplied, there are several grocery stores and drug stores nearby.


*We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks and bobcats. For your safely do not approach or feed these animals!

*We are not responsible for any items left behind. $50 + the cost of shipping will be charged for items left behind that require shipping.

*Fines, fees or evictions will be assessed for non-compliance and damages.
