Find serenity in a room furnished with a cozy queen bed.

Bedroom 4-
Ideal for the younger members of your group, this room features a bunk bed with two double beds and an additional twin trundle bed for flexible sleeping arrangements.

The house is fully available to guests, there is a locked closet for the owners.

- S P A -

The spa is controlled remotely, we can control set times to have it on during your stay for an additional cost. Spa hours will be available between 8am and 10pm only. We cannot be held responsible for malfunction of the heater. 5-10pm is our standard setting for an additional $50 for the stay. Add an additional 2-hour window for $20.
If the heater has any issues or does not work during your stay, this fee will be refunded. No other part of the booking cost will be refunded. Thank you for your understanding!

*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!
