The Space:
VILLA LAS PALMAS is a stunning vacation home designed for relaxation and entertainment. This fully renovated property features a heated pool and spa, making it the perfect retreat for families or groups. With two primary bedrooms, three bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms, this home comfortably accommodates everyone. The 16' vaulted ceilings create an inviting atmosphere, leading to a bright, open chef's kitchen equipped with stainless appliances, granite counters, upgraded cabinetry, a breakfast bar, and a wine cooler.

The spacious open floor plan includes a formal dining room that seats eight, a cozy family room for gathering, and a game room featuring a pool table and ping pong table. Sliding glass doors open to a covered, screened-in pool area, providing a park-like backyard oasis for outdoor enjoyment.

Bedrooms:
- Primary bedroom 1 offers a king bed, dual vanity, walk-in shower, tub, and a spacious walk-in closet.
- Guest bedroom 2 includes a queen bed and a trundle bed that sleeps two.
- Bedroom 3 features a queen-sized bed.
- All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs.

- Heated pool and spa (heating available for an additional cost).

List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

Other Things to Note:
After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check in instructions. Pool heater is available for $50 per day or $287 per week or $200 weekly for multi week stays. Please make sure to let us know ahead of time if you would like to add the pool heater to your stay.
