Welcome to your private oceanfront retreat, where the beach is just steps away and every detail is designed for comfort and connection. This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom cottage sleeps up to 11 guests and offers everything you need for a memorable coastal escape.

Bedroom 1 (Lower Level): King bed with easy access to a full bathroom.

Bedroom 2 (Lower Level): Bunk bed plus a full-size bed—perfect for kids or teens.

Bedroom 3 (Lower Level): Two full beds for flexible sleeping arrangements.

Bedroom 4 (Upper Level): Queen bed located near the great room and full bath.

Gather & Relax
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Ideal for preparing fresh seafood and family meals.

Great Room: Large flat-screen TV with cable, cozy seating, and ocean views.

Dining Area: Family-style table and kitchen bar seating—perfect for meals and board games.

The perfect view

This is our 3rd time to North Carolina beaches and this property was our favorite! The openness of the living space, the deck and the proximity to the beach was wonderful! The management ( Lisa) went above and beyond when i forgot to order linens. A++ for customer service! All 6 of us give 2 thumbs up!

This is a fabulous home! The covered decks are a big bonus as you can move from sun to shade and we could still enjoy sitting outside on the rainy days we had. The reverse floor plan with sweeping views of the ocean from the living spaces was beautiful and the house faces the sunrise directly. You wouldn’t even have to get out of bed if you didn’t want to!We were here in Oct and loved the empty beaches and that we could easily walk into Surf City for coffee or a meal. I personally would not like the location during the busy summer months because there are a lot of residences—apartments and condos—around but that may not bother others. It was a definite 10 out of 10 for us!

Great place needs a couple of updates

Great place right on the beach and close to all the shops/restaurants. A couple of things need to be fixed like the outside handrail, a few nails are sticking up on the deck and the blender leaks a little. Maybe update the pans to cook with. We did notice a few ants and a couple of roaches that prob snuck into the house but nothing crazy. One mishap was my son hitting his head on the pointy handrails in the house and had to get stitches. Other than that had a good time with the family.
