The property has 5 bedrooms, (1 california king, 2 king doubles, 2 doubles, and 2 bunk beds in the final room - sleeping a total of 12 - without utilising any couch space!) 3 good size bathrooms serve the bedrooms well. The property boasts 2 separate lounge areas with comfortable couches seating up to 11 at any one time. The front lounge has a 50` flat screen TV and a stunning iron clad wood burning fireplace, fire wood is provided. Dinner time is a shared enjoyable occasion with a formal dining table that seats 8. The kitchen has just been remodelled and features a breakfast bar that seats 4, caesar stone work surfaces and high end integrated appliances including a dishwasher, large oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer. The beautiful lake house has large balconies and yards, both front and back! The front balcony has a large propane gas BBQ and 2 outside dinning facilities that seats 6. The rear deck has a state of the art hot tub nestled into the majestic Tahoe pine trees, the hot tub has several settings which include coloured lighting, water cascades, and an integrated, bluetooth connected music system. Finally the local shuttle has a stop directly outside the house to chauffeur you and your family to the private beach chambers landing which has a private heated swimming pool, tennis courts, lake side restaurant dinning and a unique popular bar on the private pier. The property is fully serviced by wifi. Lake Tahoe is known for it`s stunning scenery and defined seasons.
