Welcome to the Winnie Lou, where style meets comfort! Our home has been completely renovated from top to bottom. Guests can enjoy brand new furnishings in our 3 bedroom, 1 and a half bath retreat. On the main floor, enjoy cooking in our fully stocked kitchen or grab a drink and hang out on the back porch. You’ll also find a living room with a Roku TV. Upstairs, the master features a queen bed. The other two bedrooms have queens as well. The full bathroom is ample space for guests.

Winnie Lou the week of the Derby

The property was in a perfect location where three senior brothers could get everywhere we wanted with little or no fuss. We enjoyed the neighborhood of Jeffersonville with its small, neighborly commercial district of food, beverage and amenities close by. It was easy walking distance to the walking bridge across to Louisville. Though we didn't take it all the way, we saw a beautiful sunset looking out across the area. As stated above, we had easy access to Louisville where we visited museums, did a food tour, watched a women's softball game and visited the Churchill Downs property as it was gearing up for the Derby. Cacky was communicative, responsive and personable — a great host. Everything added up for a memorable visit. Highly recommended!

Perfect location!

The house was amazing, but what my two teenagers and I enjoyed the most was that a coffee house, an ice cream place, several cool restaurants, the big four bridge, a bakery and a historic candy store were all within walking distance! We were exploring Louisville during the day and enjoyed coming back to Pearl Street in Jeffersonville to explore in the evening. A very cool community!

Cozy home

We loved this cozy beautiful home. Everything about the home feels like a cozy welcoming home. The house had snacks and a lot of extras included. The ac works perfect and the home is close to a lot of little shops. I will recommend to friends and family.

Adorable home

We enjoyed our stay at The Winnie Lou. Great property, just as advertised. Very clean; beds were comfortable; well equipped kitchen. Great location in downtown Jeffersonville, just a few minutes across the bridge to Louisville. Host was responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Thunder over Louisville

We rented for Thunder weekend. The location was perfect. 1 block East for the downtown shops, a great steak joint (cast Iron steakhouse) just a mile west, a sweet lil coffe shop 1block north, plenty of restaurants and access to riverfront views 4 blocks south. The Winnie Lou was very cozy and roomy for 4 adults. The little touches, water in fridge, snacks in a basket, bath robes in each bedroom, were nice. The bedrooms were packed with pillows and the beds were so comfortable. Slept like a charm. Very modern and clean place. Access was easy and host was very responsive. We will def rent again!

We had a 10 day stay in the area. The house was great! Exactly as described, and the neighborhood has nice restaurants and shops. Owner communication was excellent. Would stay again!

Great House however ,not very clean

I enjoyed the property and everything it had to offer however, I do have 2 complaints 1. there was a lot of pet hair in and around the rooms and 2. the downstairs bathroom has no curtain to cover a rather large window in the bathroom.

High design in Jeffersonville

A group of 4 girlfriends stayed here for a few days. The house was spotless! We all loved the decor. It was obvious that so much thought was put into everything. Very comfortable and spacious. When we had a issue, service people were sent within minutes and the issue was rectified within an hour. Would highlu recommend.

Great house in a great location!

This house is just across the Ohio river next to Louisville, KY. We were able to walk to several restaurants just a block from the house. We also enjoyed walking the bridge at Big Four Station Park. Highly recommend this house!

Beautiful home + walking distance to everything we needed

Cacky was very kind and communicative during our stay, and the house is beautiful. We could walk to the park, across the bridge, and to many restaurants and coffee shops. We’ll be staying here again!

We loved every minute of our stay here!!

So happy we chose this property! It was decorated so nicely and was immaculate.... stocked with more than everything we needed. Coffee k-cups, creamer, makeup wipes, lady products, water and even gatorade. They left candies and a gift card from a candy shop down the street on the counter. Well thought out. In addition,there are so many shops, a coffee shop and and restaurants closeby.. we would definitely stay here again. We loved it! .
