Breaking Records - Steps from Paristown Hall

Just steps away from Old Forester’s Paristown Hall, Breaking Records is the perfect setting for your getaway to Louisville. Great location for exploring Highlands, downtown, and Germantown!

Louisville is known for breaking records as home to boxer Muhammad Ali, the Kentucky Derby, Kentucky Fried Chicken, the University of Louisville and its Cardinals, and Louisville Slugger baseball bats, not to mention the thriving music scene!

Shotgun style home features 3 bedrooms, sitting area, bathroom, laundry, and eat in kitchen. Entire home is newly remodeled. Deck has patio furniture for outdoor dining and a fire pit. Yard is not completely fenced so dogs will need to be leashed but not tethered. There is a security camera on the front and back porch. Steps are required to enter the home but once inside, it is all 1 level.

What a gem! Home is wonderfully decorated and easily accessible to so many areas in town. Parking was a bit tricky during weekend with events, however there was a parking lot close by when street parking wasn’t available. Host was very accommodating in answering all questions we had. Back yard was great for our dog while traveling and the porch is amazing for hanging out! Would highly recommend!!

Quaint home with beautiful decor! Super clean and very pet friendly! Host was super responsive and friendly. Loved how it was so close to bars restaurants- would be super nice in the summer and/or fall. Would definitely come back!

Had a great time staying here. Property is located close enough to downtown that you can walk it or an inexpensive uber ride. Spacious deck and comfortable beds. Great host who was very responsive.

Property was clean and within walking distance to lots of activities. There was a club outside which you could hear until it closed and the tv in the living room worked but the PlayStation to utilize it was not working. All around would recommend and would stay again.

Very cool area to visit. Several things within walking distance and even more just a short drive away. We did lots of thrifting and trying new places to eat.

This house was perfect! We came down for our favorite bands last touring show at Paristown Hall and this house is literally right across the street. Very convenient! We didn’t have to drive at all once we arrived. There was a fun bar (Seidenfaden’s) right down Vine St. and an awesome vintage flea market (Fleur De Flea) around the corner down Swan St. The kitchen came stocked do anything you’d need and the beds were comfy! Highly recommend!

Great property in great location!

We had a great time at this cute house! The host is very responsive and goes out of her way to check in. The property is super clean, and it’s close to most of Louisville’s best tourist attractions. Our pup also had a wonderful stay!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and within walking distance of a lot of cool places including restaurants, antique/flea market, brewery, and concert venue. We chose the place because it was so close to Old Forrester's Paris Town Hall. We plan to book this place again next time we're in Louisville.

Great Location!

If you're planning a visit to Paristown for one of their many amazing events, this location couldn't be better! Plus, it's a comfy space that's super clean with all of the amenities. This home is within walking distance of some great bars and restaurants, too. Plus, Lauren is an awesome host ... very responsive and helpful.

Perfect house for a fun getaway!

The location was close to everything we needed and was easy to park our car. We loved listening to bluegrass from the outdoor concert at Christy’s Garden from the back porch. The house was immaculate and very well equipped. Beds were comfortable and linens were so nice.

Cute and cozy

This property was everything needed for our 3 day stay. The area is being revitalized and has a cute cafe within walking distance. We had 6 in our family plus a dog. There were dog treats waiting and a well stocked kitchen and bathroom. It was very clean and the check-in and out process was simple. Would definitely stay here again.
