Valleywood Villa

Come enjoy this peaceful and centrally located townhouse in The Galena Territory! Bright and airy main level offers lots of natural light that features a large living room with updated flooring, cathedral ceilings with skylights, smart tv and a comfortable eat at breakfast bar with quartz countertops. Also on the main floor is a large bedroom with a king size bed and full bathroom. Upstairs you’ll find the loft area with a futon and the second bedroom with a queen bed and another full bath. There is an outdoor security camera/doorbell at the front door.

-Access to the Territory owners club which includes indoor pool, fitness room, and game room year round. Outdoor pool and tennis courts seasonal.
-Close to downtown Galena, multiple hiking and walking trails, Horse riding center, and 4 different golf courses.

We really enjoyed this little place, it wasn't too far from downtown Galena and I was quite. During our stay we enjoyed some live music and food at the marina as well is the farmers market. Overall it was a good experience.

The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was decorated well. We were there for a wedding in Scales Mound and the place was a convenient place to stay.

Myself and 2 others came for a girls weekend and we had an amazing time. Loved the complimentary coffee, the space was very clean. Furniture was comfortable. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Winter weekend

Nice property and location. Lovely view from the backyard and had a bobcat come to visit. Very good communication from the property managers. Had an issue with wood burning fireplace and found lots of dead box elder beetles throughout the house, but those were minor issues.

Weekend getaway

The place was very clean and check in was bro simple. The host was very responsive and answered any questions. Personally we wished the patio furniture was more useable, as it was in fairly rough condition, but it was minor. We loved that it gave you access to the marina and could go kayaking (for a small fee). We didn’t use the pool, but it was an option too! Beautiful area!

Great stay!!!

We had a wonderful vacation in the Galena Territory and Valleywood 18 was perfect for us! Very clean, well organized, fully furnished, and great location. It was perfect for my wife and I and would be great for two couples or a small family. The property was quiet and located in the middle of the Galena Territory. Included access to the owners club pool and facilities. Saw lots of wildlife and it was quiet and serene. Reasonably priced and well decorated and maintained. Would stay here again and would recommend to anyone traveling to the Galena area.

Quick 24hr stay

We booked this home for a girls overnight trip last minute. It is so spacious and clean and decorated really cute. I would book again. It’s not very close to the pool and amenities so we didn’t check that area out but we did enjoy a short hike in the woods right near the home and the deck was so peaceful watching the birds and chipmunks.

Loved the property

The unit was exactly as advertised. It was very cute and immaculate. The way the units are situated, they are slightly staggered, so you don't really see your neighbors. The property around the area is beautiful. Had everything we could have asked for. Joe was amazing. Any questions we might have had, he had answers for and responded quickly.

Great spot in Territories

This is a very comfortable and tidy townhouse. It met all our needs during our visit to Galena. The only issue was that the pocket door between the living room and bath sink area is off the track so teeth brushing was a little too transparent. Fortunately, we were with family. That maintenance issue should be easy to remedy with the right tool. Otherwise, a great spot and we're likely to come back.
