The grand, fully remodeled kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the spacious living area. The master bedroom features a king bed, while the guest room includes a twin over queen bunk bed. Additional amenities include a sleeper sofa in the living room and two updated private baths, making Landmark 104 the perfect choice for a relaxing and comfortable vacation

We loved our stay at the Landmark Diamond Property. The location is amazing! We loved how you open the sliding glass doors and walked right out to the pool and hot tubs. This unit is well appointed and a smart use of space in every room. We will definitely be back to stay in this unit! 5 stars all the way!

Great time

Property was newly remodeled and clean, the bedrooms were on the small size but everything was very practical from the condo and its amenities to the location of the ski rental and slopes. We enjoyed walking out of the unit and spending some time in the Jacuzzi after ski. Highly recommend it.

Perfect 2BR Condo Near Lionshead Gondola

This is a renovated 2BR/2BA condo about a 3 minute walk in ski boots to the Lionshead Gondola.Location: This is on the ground floor and opens directly onto the pool and hot tub which was a huge plus for us. It has electric shades for use at night if you are worried about privacy. It has peek-a-boo views of the mountain. Because you are on the ground floor you never need to use an elevator which we liked as well. Finally the "front" door opens to a car-free courtyard which was nice as well.Condition & Fixtures: The unit was recently remodeled and has modern European ski chalet vibes. Some luggage dings here and there but overall in great shape. The bedrooms and baths are tight but the master has a comfortable king bed and full dresser. The 2nd bedroom has a twin over queen bunk. Bathrooms had high-end fixtures including a jetted tub with separate shower in the master. The kitchen was large and perfect for a group of up to 6. It was completely stocked with everything you need for cooking--which we did. It has a 2 burner Weber grill on the patio as well. There were no spices/cooking items aside from salt & pepper. Smart TVs in every room and motorized window shades as well. Heating was fine. All rooms were very well lit with dimmers and reading lights at the beds. Lots of receptacles for charging. Could have used a few more hooks for things like jackets.Mgmt: We arrived late and check in instructions were A. Excellent mgmt company. We'll be back!
