Plus, many other popular restaurants, golf courses, and shopping options are easily accessible.

You'll find easy access to the airport, as well as convenient transportation options such as taxis, Uber, and rental cars.

Please note that this is a non-smoking room and a privately owned condo, not a hotel room. We kindly request that you treat it with the same care and respect as you would your own home. While we strive to address any issues promptly, please be aware that there is no one living on-site 24/7.



Notice: Tile removal and flooring replacement at Bayview (elevator lobby and porte cochere entrance) will take place Mar 16–27, 2026. No work during quiet hours or weekends. Elevators will be closed and some pedestrian areas temporarily restricted during renovations.Note: This condo will not have access to the waterpark that is located behind the parking deck.

NOTE: The AC in this unit is controlled by the A unit. (This unit is unit B)

Note: This condo shares an AC control system with the room next door (Room A). Both thermostats should be on the same settings and temperature for both AC to work.
