New 2023 Listing. 2 BR condo located on 10th floor of Dunes Village Palmetto tower. Private ocean view balcony accessible from the Living Room and Main Bedroom. This is one of the Grand Strand's most family friendly buildings with many upscale features including granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths, full kitchen with upgraded cabinets, and flat screen TVs

Dunes Village is home of the area’s largest indoor water parks; 30,000 square feet of water fun! 4 adult-size water slides, water basketball, lazy rivers, kiddie pools, mushroom waterfalls and the list goes on. Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED. Amenities include 2 Tennis Courts, Basketball Court, outdoor pools/spas, and children play area. 2 onsite restaurants and Seattle’s Best Coffee in lobby. Dunes Village is located a short drive from downtown Myrtle Beach area - close to Broadway at the Beach, The Myrtle Beach Convention Center, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and The Sky Wheel.
Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED.

Family Vacation

We came to visit some family in Myrtle Beach and this unit was perfect for traveling with our 2 kids (5 and 7). We loved the water park at night and loved going out to the beach and being able to run inside to the water park when it started raining and back out to the beach when it cleared up.

Look Elsewhere

Upon arrival I notified Host master bedroom closet was missing knob and couch had stains on it. The response was “What is the condo Name?” Two days later I informed them the sink disposal was not working. The response was “1022 What’s the name of the condo?” Two days later I informed the host we found a baby cockroach and would be leaving and asked for a refund for days not staying for this reason. I did not receive a response. While the tub, toilet, sinks are clean, a deep clean is needed to eliminate the dirt around the doors and finger prints on the walls. I felt like bugs were walking on me during my sleep but thought it was just from me feeling the Gitchy goomies from the couch stains but then found the baby cockroach and was totally disgusted. As a previous owner who rented a condo, I’m appalled that anyone would rent with the couch looking as it does. Very disappointed nothing was done to try and rectify the concerns I mentioned.

Better view than anticipated

I rented 4 condo's in the same building for a family reunion. This unit was consistent to one of the others. Pictures are accurate. Communication was great. While we were denied an early check-in this was no ones fault. They were busy due to other renters. Good for them. A couple normal maintenance issues arose and they were very responsive. Even offered to come over and help us get a signal on a bedroom TV. However, my son in-law fixed it no problem. I had read about lack of communication. I had no problem whatsoever. If you can't get them one way there is VRBO, their own rental site, email or text. I read about a cockroach. The first time I went to Myrtle Beach I saw one in my unit and it freaked me out too. I then lived in FL for a year and now understand this will happen in hot and humid climates no matter how clean the unit is. The bathrooms are a nice size. The view is really nice. Could see a lot more of the ocean than I had anticipated.The elevators are quite fast.The resort is amazing for children . We never had a lack of things to do and had no entertainment expense since we had so many options on site. Great location as well. The unit could use some updating in bedding, curtains etc It was great to have a washer and dryer.I would stay here again if I was vacationing with children.

Other owners asked us to manage their condo so we got our license and formed our company, B2 Vacations. We now manage many condos in Myrtle Beach.

The kids loves the tennis courts, basketball, volley ball court, and kids play area. My husband, the golf course is just a few miles away. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony, sipping on a beautiful cup of tea.

Myrtle Beach is one of the nicest places to come on vacation or business trip. Its easy access from the airport or driving in makes for a great family experience. The proximity to many local restaurants and amenities gives you the luxury feel of staying in a hotel with the privacy of a personal home.
