Enter home through passcode keyless entry. Located near shops, restaurants, bars, and food stores in the Lower Mills neighborhood. Train station Ashmont station subway less than 1 mile away
Approximately 7 miles from Boston Logan Airport, 6 miles major hospitals, colleges, downtown Boston, Newbury Street, Copley Square, Chinatown, and Castle Island -The house has an additional unit in lower floor separate entrance on the left side of the house,

Nice place close to the city.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It had everything we needed and plenty of space. It was clean and accommodating. We would stay here again!

Great place to stay

My Brothers and I went for work and stayed a month. Really close to the airport and tons of fun things to do. The house was great and all of us were very comfortable. Very clean and very cozy. Would stay again when we are back in town.

Wonderful experience!

Good amount of space, air conditioning made it very comfortable with the heat and humidity. All around a very lovely location, house, and experience.

Mattapan Marathon Weekend

We had a great time staying at this property. The unit was recently updated, clean and comfortable for our large group. The owner was also very responsive to any questions and requests that we had. I would be happy to stay at this property again in the future!

The property is great and in a quiet neighborhood. We were a party of nine and we all were comfortable. The house was clean. Downtown Boston was about 15-20 minutes away (depending on traffic) which was great for us. The host, Bill, was very communicative with me whenever I reached out. Highly recommend this property and my family and I will stay here again.

Enjoyed the stay!

We stayed here for our Boston marathon trip. Nice place with spacious bedrooms. All seven of us slept well due to the soft mattresses and individual room units we used for white noise. The updated bathrooms are bright and the water pressure for showers is great. It was also convenient to have a bathtub for a post marathon ice bath. Easy drive to mass transit stops and yummy restaurants. We also enjoyed the fire pit and yard lights in the back yard. We could not get the upper oven to work, but the lower one did.

The property was as shown. It was convenient to walk to grocery store, restaurants, and playground. Fenway park was an easy Uber ride. The house was large with plenty of room for our 10 member family. I couldn’t give a 5 star rating because the cleaning wasn’t up to par (i.e. food in the microwave) and there were mice in the kitchen. The owner did set traps.
