The Space:
This listing consists of two non-connecting units located on the second and third floors of a 3-unit triplex. The units are not internally connected. To move between units, guests use the interior staircase within the building. Please inquire if you are interested in renting one of the units separately.

There are approximately 5 steps from the sidewalk to the front door. Unit 2 requires an additional 15 steps to reach the second floor. Unit 3 requires an additional 15 steps beyond Unit 2 to reach the third floor. Once inside each unit, everything is on one single level. No elevator access.

Even though Savin Hill is part of Boston’s biggest neighborhood, it is sometimes overlooked by other Bostonians. Those of us who know about the area’s historic buildings, art galleries, bars, and restaurants are not in a hurry to tell everybody else. Savin Hill is a vibrant mix of young professionals and artists, close enough to downtown to make getting around Boston a breeze, but with enough happening in your immediate environs that you don’t need to go far to discover why our neighborhood is truly a hidden gem.
All guests after booking will receive a personalized list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.
Getting Around:
The Savin Hill subway station is within walking distance. From Savin Hill, the Red Line will take you directly into the heart of Boston in minutes. The nearest Hubway bicycle rental location is less than a five minute walk away. There are also several private transportation options at your disposal (Uber/Lyft, Zipcar). If you do plan on driving, our street offers free on-street parking.

-We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
-We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.
-We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.
-We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment.
-Pets are not allowed at this property.
-Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.
-We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.
Interaction with Guests:
You will have complete privacy here, however every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is keyless; there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.
